Weeks/Due Date - 5+2/June 13th
Symptoms - sore boobs, face has broken out a bit, I’m feeling a bit more tired today but not full blown fatigue. I’m hoping to keep up going to the gym but worried about when that fatigue really hits how it’ll affect that.
The Good - nothing new or exciting to report really. Still pregnant 🥳
The Bad - I was hoping to forego the acne this time around, but no dice on that. Hoping it doesn’t get worse than it is now 🤞🤞🤞
Milestones/Appointments - I just decided on an ob that I want to go to I just need to call to see when I can get in. I called this morning but I don’t think they were open yet.
To Do List: ^ make appt, I’m almost out of prenatals so I need to get more. Still so early I feel like I have all the time in the world to do everything, lol

Weeks/Due Date - 6 + 3/ June 5th
Symptoms - fatigue, intermittent nausea, a pimple the size of Texas on my face
The Good - Had an ultrasound last Friday that showed baby with a heartbeat. I had more spotting over the weekend so I ultrasounded myself at work today and was able to see the heartbeat.
The Bad - stupid spotting
Milestones/Appointments - I’m still pregnant. I’m schedule for my next US and new OB appointment on 10/29.
To Do List - nothing really at this point

Weeks/Due Date - 5w4d / June 11
Symptoms - tired, decreased appetite but I get nauseous if I go too long between meals/snacks. It's a super fun balance.
The Good - still pregnant. My HCG was a good level yesterday and we managed to see the sac on the emergency room's crappy ultrasound machine. So feeling some reassurance from that.
The Bad - having a small bit of spotting today, but nothing compared to yesterday's gush, so maybe a good-bad there.
Milestones/Appointments - the emerg doctor set up an appointment for me at the women's clinic for tomorrow morning. I'll see the On-call OB and have a transvaginal ultrasound, hopefully get a better idea of what's happening.
To Do List - kind of on pause right now.

5w6d/June 9 symptoms - same as danib , no appetite but then nausea if I don’t eat. I puked Saturday night but I think that was mostly not pregnancy related. The Good - unrelated to pregnancy, my older kids had school today and 2-year-old DS2’s daycare was closed, so I took the day off and we had a great day together. He’s at the best age. Oh, and we got our family photos that we did last weekend back and they’re pretty great. The Bad - I feel like I have something that makes me slightly freak out every single day. Milestones/Appointments - first US Wednesday morning. T-37 hours To Do List - nothing really magaroni , are you a medical professional?

We have a heartbeat! So ruling it as a threatened miscarriage. While we're not totally out of the woods, being so early, seeing the heartbeat puts it down to only 5%. So I'm quite relieved. I had a second blood draw today but don't know the results yet, but HCG was over 26000 Sunday so I'm also taking that as a good indicator.

There was a heartbeat at my appointment today, too (6w1d), and embryo was measuring right on track! I've known my doctor's US tech for 8 years now, so she provided more info than usual, including showing me what could be a small SCH next to the sac. She said she wasn't particularly concerned, given that it was small and I haven't had any bleeding (other than some light spotting at 4 weeks). But she also advised me to be careful with lifting. I guess I probably shouldn't have done weights at OrangeTheory yesterday and I should probably stop carrying 40+ lb DS1 around. She also advised me not to tell my kids yet (which I hadn't planned on anyway), in order to be cautious. At the very end of the appointment she said "congratulations" as a bit of an afterthought So, on the one hand it was awesome to to see that the sac is where it should be, is measuring right at 6w1d, and there's a heartbeat. On the other hand, not everything about the US made me feel comforted.

sdlaura the OB I saw after my ultrasound made a similar comment about not recommending to tell people yet. But he followed it up with saying they like to see people hit the 12 week mark first. I'd say your tech meant the same thing but just didn't word it well.
