Good morning. I thought I was for sure heading back to the hospital last night with C. He was wheezing so bad and I got a horrible migraine while dealing with that. A dose of steroids and many nebulizer treatments later, he finally went to bed around 1 breathing alright. All we have today is my nephew’s birthday party. DH and I will probably take turns staying home with C. T is very excited, they have a video game truck coming. We were going to drive to the beach this morning to check our house because there was a lot of flooding there but because of the rough night, we had a friend in the area run over for us and everything was fine. Is he on budesonide? How many times a day? We were just one one dose a day maintenance and any cold symptoms that showed up, I immediately increased it to 2/3 times to keep it at bay- instructed by the doc. Poor C. Hope he does ok the rest of the weekend. |

Our team officially sucks. I am starting to get worried about the future. They aren’t going to keep a losing coach. I just hope we have a chance to stay if they do get rid of him.
It’s cold and I want soup after sitting outside for over two hours. I need to figure out what we’re getting for dinner.

Did I check in today? Idk. I went to the grocery this morning and then my sil came over so I could do her hair for homecoming. Then bil and his fiance came over and we grabbed take out and went to their house to eat. They have a new puppy and I hadn't met him yet. He's super cute but very rambunctious and obsessed with Mallory lol. I love hanging out with them but their house is not kid friendly at all.

DD was in the hospital a lot until we met this doctor who was amazing. This woman once stayed on the phone with me for over an hour while I treated her to keep us out of the ER. Ironically, she shares the same office space as the neurologist DD just saw last week so I was just thinking of her. |

Great success! The dining room and kitchen are done being painted! I still have almost 1/2 gallon left so I can probably do another wall or two. It’s looking really good and my taping method has gotten significantly better since I painted the master bath. I can work on hanging my new curtain rod tomorrow and then it’s a waiting game until the curtains come.

I am covered head to toe in massive hives.. one single hive covers half my stomach and part of my back... I took benadryl but can not think what could have caused this. I haven't changed any products in months, didnt eat or drink anything abnormal, I'm baffled.

We watched E.T. tonight with E and all I could think through the whole movie is that it was such a real picture of motherhood.
Also I wasn't E to be ET for Halloween

peachsmama any other symptoms like an upset stomach or scratchy throat? If so head took the ER. But head to toe hives spreading fast sounds serious. Maybe the big one is from a bite of some kind

Can you be allergic to one specific dog? Because I have dogs and never had an issue Certain breeds have different dander. Or he rolled in something or was bathed in something you could be allergic to |

So it was nice to go to the party, k was a hit and slept the whole time. I don't love the birthday girl, but I think the husband (mh's best friend) was appreciativ we came. We came home though and my mom had the kids watching my sister's Instagram story make-up videos and j was all pumped "did you see aunt a's movies?!" Mh about lost his mind. We have to hear about her side hustle quote a bit but mh (and I) really don't want N to be exposed and think makeup is necessary (my niece is very exposed). Free babysitting is free babysitting, so feel a bit bad being critical, but I had to speak up so mh didn't..

I’m glad the hives are gone, @peach!
We cleaned out the playroom and rearranged the furniture. It’s still a playroom and filled with far too many primary colors for my liking, but it’s nice to have the bigger pieces (2 workbenches, a slide, and a circus tent) out .
MH wanted to keep those things out and let the playroom extend into the living room. Big fat nope there. The living room is my one saving grace— the only room on the main level where I don’t have to double check that everything is picked up each day and night.

MH is in a bad mood this morning, probably because the Astros lost and he stayed up until 1 sulking. I had promised the kids we’d go to the zoo this morning so we’ll be leaving soon to get a parking space.
It’s cold here (shut up I know it’s 65 and not that cold to y’all) and I need to see if H’s pants from last year still fit.

Well they aren't all gone. I looked at my stomach where they were the worst and those are. But i just looked at myself in the mirror and my arms, legs, feet and back still have them. 🤷♀️

We went to a picking farm yesterday that was having girl/boy scout day. They had a ton of pumpkins and photo spots set up. They had 2 big fields of zinnias to pick. It was so pretty! Cadence wants to go back in summer for their strawberries.
She got a pumpkin patch patch for gs vest, so she's super excited.
Today she and I are going to the Addams Family family party. If she wears a costume she gets double stickers for her movie book, so she's going to wear her new skeleton PJs. After the movie I'll be dropping her off at FILs for a little while.

Morning! Super productive this morning. I’m going to get the kids up in 10 minutes and I’ve already made their breakfast, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, started a new load of laundry and started making cinnamon rolls. We leave in about an hour to meet cagoldi and fam for the pumpkin patch. |

Morning. I’m at work and it’s been quiet. I had a hard time making myself get out of bed this morning, but I did it and I’m here. I don’t think we have anything planned for this afternoon, although I’ll probably take a nice long nap. peachsmama I hope the hives go away completely and you figure out what caused them. lahdeedah I hope you get to stay out for a long time. |
