Morning! DH woke up with a stiff neck or a pinched nerve or something rendering him in pain on the couch. I DO feel badly but it's always something, he needs to take better care of himself. Plus he spends Sundays drinking beer and watching football while I try to keep the boys busy and out of his way. Sundays are NOT fundays around here!
Chase and I are headed to the grocery store soon then I'll take the boys to the park for a while before lunch. Colin has baseball after so I just need to make sure DH can get Chase to nap while we're gone.

C woke up puking in motn. Hoping he sleeps in and is feeling much better when he wakes up! Poor baby. I hope he’s feeling better today. |

We put up some Halloween decorations yesterday. Today we will pick up some jack and sally pumpkin kits. If I was smart, I would have had M paint fake pumpkins last year. Target has push in kits though, so we’ll be doing that instead.

Yesterday I had a sore throat and now I'm full blown sick. I feel like I've been hit by a truck. And Matthew has another headache and a slight fever. And My in laws are coming for dinner tonight.. A is taking J to the kiddie tractor pull (kids pull with peddle tractors) and I'm staying with M.

Just the girls and I again today because MH is refing again for a TKD tournament. The turds better clean up this morning.
We might play cards and Zelda. Then this afternoon we'll probably go to the tournament to watch some sparring.

Morning!
We had a great time with my parents; nothing terribly exciting, just good meals and spending time together.
They flew out early and DH and B are flying, so C and I have had some quiet time around the house. I vacuumed blinds and have laundry going. #adulting

tallb I got my first UTI (which turned into a bladder infection) right after C was born. The. Worst. Hope you are feeling better today! How is Miss K doing? I’m cringing and itching for you nam2013. I have never experienced lice, either kim22 hope C is continuing to feel better. How long does pneumonia typically take to clear up? Feel better peachsmama, hope C is in the clear wineallthetime!

We are cleaning and purging our playroom and basement... which is another big playroom. Feels good but it's annoying.

We are cleaning and purging our playroom and basement... which is another big playroom. Feels good but it's annoying. We have to do a pretty big overhaul of this, soon. I’ve been great at getting rid of toys pretty consistently, but now I’m questioning some of the bigger things we have in the playroom that don’t get played with often. My kids prefer micro to macro (the tools that come with the workbench but not the workbench itself). We just got a good size practice balance beam this weekend, so I have to re-organize everything anyway just to make room for that. |

flamingo ouch - how did you know it went from a UTI to a bladder infection? I have had two doses of abx and am feeling pretty good with Tylenol, so I'm hoping I caught it early? I've only had one before this one. I was standing more than normal yesterday and feels like my pelvic floor kind of hurts/aches, which isn't reassuring though. She's doing well! She's a sweet pea and seems to be growing. She is still sleeping like a newborn and is a noisy sleeper. N is definitely interested but j is not..she just asked if she could pick her up😳

So b/c I had never had one before, I kind of chalked up the early UTI symptoms to recent labor, etc. Then I spontaneously peed myself MOTN in my living room, and came down with a fever and lower back pain 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ That finally prompted me to go in. |

LO and I made banana bread and those easy pumpkin cookies. We did a target run and a grocery run since C didn’t do it yesterday. I don’t do Costco with the kids so C will have to go out tomorrow and get the things we need from Costco.
LO is currently playing with his pirate ships, E is in her play pen with her picnic basket, and I’m doing laundry and finishing baking the cookies.

Oh and we have a birthday party this afternoon at 3. It’s for J and last years it started at the same time and we left at 6 and they hadn’t even gotten to cake or half the games. I’m hoping more kids from kindergarten show up this year. LO was the only one from the school to show up

Just got back. The Abominable movie is cute and Cadence really enjoyed it. Then we went to the grocery store. Mh just left with Cadence to go to FIls for a bit while I get some quiet time to watch TV and do laundry.

flamingo we had a follow up with our pediatrician this morning. He seems pretty good but she said she still hears stuff in his lungs and she put him on antibiotics. The ER had given him one iv dose but once we were admitted to peds, they chose not to continue them. Today is his last day on steroids but I have to continue the nebulizer twice a day for the rest of the week. She said he will be high risk for relapse over the winter and she even wrote in my leave paperwork that I may need additional time off.
