This seems appropriate: We can pretend it's both Lysol and bug spray.

Taitai littleliverpill where you in Asia long? Did you go for work/so's work? We have been discussing this at home, H potentially taking a work rotation in Asia. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk We've been in Thailand since 2014 and we love it here. DH and I are both here for work (DH risk management, me investment/finance). If you are considering a move to Asia, I highly recommend it. We don't have any plans to leave. Feel free to tag or PM me anytime if you want to chat about it more Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Thanks! H finished grad school last summer and he is in a rotation program, he is rotating this summer, so we know what his next one will be and it's here (TX), but he is working with an international team, so there will probably be a few trips over. We went to China and Vietnam before I was pregnant with LO and it was amazing (part work/school for H part vacation, well all vacation for me). It would only be a year or so, I think it be hard to be so far from home, but if we are gonna do it before kids are school aged seems like a good time. I am open to it, so I guess we'll see what comes up, it wouldn't be until next year at the earliest so plenty of time to discuss!

gangy, I am so jealous. I love when I have days off and daycare is open. I have zero mom guilt about taking them to daycare and being home alone. Enjoy! Welp that was freakin short lived. D.C. Just called and DD just threw up so now I have to go get her. Ugh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk We spent three years in Vietnam. We were there for H's work (International development). I loved our time there but Vietnam does have its challenges. If you're thinking of going just for a year, I would say definitely yes. After three years I was ready for a change (but that's par for the course for us -- we move every two to three years). Happy to talk more if you want.

Hoping I can bring her back tomorrow as I'm also off and have so many appointments I have to go to 😩 And I guess she has to have no symptoms for 24 hours before she can go back. FX this was a fluke but they did say something is going around. Toddler puke is the worst.

sheilathetank, sorry you're so sick! I hope you start feeling better asap. Omg Taitai! That Sounds awful! northernlghts, we've only just barely begun potty training over here, but it's my understanding that nighttime potty training is just something that comes with time and aside from waking them up in the MOTN to go to the bathroom, I don't think there's much you can do, unfortunately.

Lexi is getting molars, so at least I know why she's a little more of a whiney, clingy mess than usual. I didn't even try to put her in her crib last night because I knew it wasn't going to work. So I just went to bed with her at 7:30. She has to be touching me at alllll times, so I woke up three times last night about to fall off the bed because I guess my sleeping self was trying to get a little space and she just kept creeping up on me haha.

Welp DD didn't last the 10 min it took to drive home and is already sleeping. I'm thinking of just letting her sleep in the car? Currently parked in my driveway...

@jubilantsquirrell we definitely aren't push nighttine training because that will come with age. Nighttime isn't a control thing. I didn't think there was anything I could do but I'm also just used to her waking up with a pull up full of pee only. Oh well.

DD is day trained but we put her in a pull up at night. Two nights in a row she's woken up in the morning and told me she's pooped in them. I feel bad because her butt hurts in the morning. There's nothing I can do about this right? Maybe you can encourage her to try to go right before bed. Or maybe adjust the last time she eats to a little earlier...to allow for more "processing" time before bed?

DD does this as well whenever she sleeps with me. For being so tiny she sure does take up a lot of room. Star fishing like crazy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My 2.5 year old DS has so much constipation. We have been giving him prunes and pears every day, but then we get SO MUCH POOP and then diaper rash. Frustrating!

DD had a real ziggy Stardust moment this morning after she snatched my make-up. She used the purple eye concealer on her eye, and then finished it off with some glittery shadow.
Edit- Speeling is hard.

Hi y'all. I'm sorry you're sick sheilathetank. I hope you feel better soon!. I have a retirement tea today for a family friend. I'm taking the kid, praying he is good and not to toddlery. Otherwise, I'm leaving a pretty boring life today.

This is a frequent occursnce as she never naps at home anymore however it usually takes a lot of driving to actually get her to fall asleep. Thank goodness for drive thru's and car phone chargers lol. So I guess I'll be living here for the forceeable future. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

He's been day trained for over a year now and we're just getting to the point where sometimes he'll take his diaper off and poop on the potty at night. Mostly he just poops in it though.

I feel like my entire day is telling G yes or no about snacks. How often do they need to eat at this age (1.5)? I'll offer her three different options and she won't eat any of them then keeps whining. Either that or she snacks too much and doesn't eat meals I sometimes think I'm raising a teenage boy the way my daughter eats. At daycare she eats breakfast, lunch and a snack. She usually gets another snack right when we get home, then dinner and milk before bed. Sometimes she eats way more than that though.

Today the pie food truck comes to my work. I cannot wait for pies! And also the lunch delivery service place has the best friend chicken on the menu for today. So I've already ordered my spicy chicken lunch and it's only 8:15am here.
