It's a stomach bug. The vomit at Alex's night stand at 12:30 am was the clue.... I'm glad he had come to tell us he was feeling bad again and not in his bed when it hit. Poor thing is miserable. Him and A are on the couch for the night. And Poor A has to get up in 2.5 hours for work. Should be a good day managing a clingy baby, toddler vomit and the massive amount of work I need to get done. 😐

Oh no Peach! I hope it’s short lived. I’m sure the stomach bug is the worst fear when you have multiple kids.

N13 dream: I had a dream last night that my family and cagoldi, A, and her new man went to France together. The younger kids were with her mom. This all took place at the airport and on the plane and connection flights. I woke up before we got to France. A was so good and him and C loved each other and we very well behaved. The new guys name was Geoff (I don’t know why the spelling is significant, but it was). He was very handsome dark hair, a little preppy looking which was surprising, tall. He was so nice and treating her like gold and she was so happy. MH got very sick on the layover and missed it so he headed home. That’s where the anxiety part of my dream was because I was waiting to board and couldn’t find him and didn’t know what to do so I got in hoping he was there and he wasn’t but C was who originally was with dh. Then the doors closed and I didn’t know until we were taking off that dh missed it. So I woke up very anxious. Anyway, my dreams always mean something and I’ve had many dreams that have had parts of them happen later in time. I’m hoping the part about cagoldi being so happy is the one that happens. And look out for someone named Geoff making an impact on your life. |

I called in sick today. I may go to the medclinic to see if I have a sinus infection or strep. This ain't just a damn cold.....or it better not be otherwise I'll be embarrassed going to the Dr. for it.

I want to call in today, but I won’t. I have too much to do. We went out with a bunch of people from work to Shakeys pizza. LO usually misbehaves there but was actually much better then normal. I think he’s getting it.
I’m meeting with his teacher today to get all my projects to work on over the weekend so I can get some service hours done. I have to do 50 of them.

M has been super wired in the afternoons since he has given up naps. Hoping he adjusts soon.. He was literally running circles around the cart at the store last night.

I hope J feels better soon peachsmama! klong11 I hope the dr can get you some Abx to feel better as well! Get some rest today! I'm in the office until 11, then 4 of us are using the companies season tickets to the Royals 12:15 game today. I don't have to take time off, so it should be fun! We plan on getting back to the office around 4 so we can still leave at our normal time. Sounds like a perfect afternoon to me! |

Morning!
I stayed up too late online shopping/enjoying the quiet...and of course C was up at 6:07. DH normally gets up with them so I have gotten spoiled!
We have a pool & popsicle party at a friend's today, she invited a bunch of moms from our neighborhood/preschool who all have Kindergartners at our new school.
My sister and nephew are supposed to be coming in tomorrow for the weekend, but not sure if that will happen :/ We are waiting to see what the hurricane does...crossing my fingers it stays further south so her area isn't affected too much.

He slept until 8:30 and looks rough.. bags under his eyes and everything. But no fever. And says his belly feels fine. He asked for breakfast. But I did call my mom to come sit with him while I take Matthew to the sitter. I didn't want him throwing up in my car.

Morning! I’m headed to the dr to get my misplaced IUD taken out and a new one placed. FINALLY!
This evening I’m going to a crafting event at a winery. Should be fun...but mine might not look great since I still can use my hand fully and my 2 middle fingers are still numb. 😂
This weekend is our last “big” weekend at work for the holiday. I’m looking forward to things settling down!

I’m at work, but get to leave early. He asked me to work because one of the other techs reported a back injury from lifting a patient and they couldn’t work until they were seen. The guy is fine and can work now, so I told them I can leave at noon. I have errands to run, so that works for me.
M didn’t complain at all this morning about the finger even though it still looked bad. I gave him Motrin and put triple anti on it worth a bandaid and off to school he went. We’ll try to release more of it tonight.
