Work has been crazy this week so far. I was asleep at 9.10pm on the couch last night, I went right to bed and feel better today but so busy. I had B tested again for low iron and called in for the results today and he's fine thank goodness, must be a growth spurt so he needs earlier bedtimes. Also, got an email from the vet about Zoe's blood panel and urine sample, and she has Stage 1 kidney failure, hyperthyroidism and pancreatitis. Poor girl is sick  , so she'll be on the same meds as Pete for her thyroid and then the other two are just a food change and watch the symptoms. Ugh. This is the exact reason that I did not want a pet all those years ago when my roommate suggested we adopt a cat, which turned out to be Pete, I get far too attached and stuff like this just breaks me, blah. |

kim22 any chance a little internet shopping can help you out?! Probably with things like the lunch box. DD is like me and is very picky with how clothes fit so generally it’s faster to just have her try them on in the store. T requested sneakers with no black, blue, or gray so he ended up with the world’s reddest Nike’s. DD wants sneakers with no logos. Are those even a thing? I did get myself 7 new dresses for work. My goal is by the time I wear them in the spring again, I will no longer appear pregnant in them. Thanks guys. He has a low grade fever and is super sleepy and cranky.
He fell asleep around 5. Woke up 15 minutes ago to cry for about 10 minutes then went back to sleep.
I’m debating if we let him sleep or wake him.

I’m sorry vino. Did they give here anything for the pancreatitis or is she asymptotic? Usually it’s acute, not chronic and causes nausea and anorexia. |

I don’t think DQ is a big thing in the Northeast. I remember in the Midwest they were everywhere but over here they are few and far between. I too am not blown away but I do remember loving it when I was in middle school in Illinois. I much prefer Friendlys, which is more regional, for ice cream.

I don’t think DQ is a big thing in the Northeast. I remember in the Midwest they were everywhere but over here they are few and far between. Also I've never been to the DQ in my own town. It was closed the one time Colin asked to go, and he forgot about it after that. There's a Mom and Pop place on the way to daycare that we are very familiar with though, haha.

We went for ice cream after school. It was apparently a popular idea. Baskin Robbins was packed. We managed to get there before the rush. She had a great day and found her friends who weren't in her class when they went out for recess. She bought her lunch and now knows she does NOT like sunbutter. She's going to try again tomorrow with the hamburger.  |

I just have to watch her closely and watch for signs of pain, appetite, vomiting or IBD. If any of those appear we’ll treat it. I’m switching her food as well that was recommended for her with the pancreatitis and kidney failure. |

Ugh my decided to wake him up to change him (which o get but still) anyway he puked 2 more times and now he’s back in bed and I’m terrified he’ll do it again. 🤞 he got it all out

jewels I’m sorry. I know my biggest fear about going back to work is I only have 11 sick days. Seeing how last week when DD was sick, she would have been home for 5 days, I’m dreading it.

Tomorrow DS1 has his annual check up and then gets the first phase of his braces. Then I need to squeeze in hair cuts, pick up my new contacts, and pick up some prescriptions. I need an assistant.

Open house went well. H was very excited to check out her classroom and the other areas of her school. Her teacher was nice. We can’t go into the school on the first day so I took a couple of pics while we were there. I don’t think I know any of her classmates. After that we ran to Best Buy to buy a replacement tv for our bedroom. The one that was in there is like 12 years old and a plasma. We got a LED smart tv so that’ll be a lot nicer. vino I hope medication and diet are able to manage your cat’s illness. jewels I hope B wakes up feeling much better. mamabear sorry L had a sad day. I hope tomorrow isn’t as sad. |
