Back from the dermatologist. She doesn’t think it’s ringworm but she took a culture just in case but we won’t have those results for 3 weeks. She really thinks it’s because ever since he was a young toddler, he has always rocked and rubbed his head against his headboard to fall asleep. So I have to think of a way to get him to stop doing this. It’s only in his bed (when he sleeps other places he doesn’t do this) that he does this. And I have a topical cream to use 2 times a day. This may be a dumb question, but can you take the headboard off the bed? I thought about that actually. I probably could. I’d probably be smart to take off the head and footboard and just use the frame.

The short timers attitude is taking effect at work... I only have a week and a half left though so I think that’s acceptable. I’m glad I posted my to do list yesterday bc if I hadn’t of done that I probably would have just laid on the couch all day.

I'm trying to be useful at work right now but I don't feel like doing anything. I'm at the point where people are just annoying me with their questions. I do have to sit down with my backup today and go over the list. I was hoping to have more done but whatever. I still don't know if I'm even coming back.

Good. He's having a lot of fun and loves coming home and showing off all of his classwork with smiley faces from his teacher. And this kid freaking LOVES riding the bus lol

I can't believe it'll be three more years before A can go to Kindergarten because of her November birthday, that seems so far away. She can do transitional kindergarten in two years but still.

I had a rough night last night. I got it into my head that the baby wasn't being as active as usual so I had a hard time sleeping. She's still kicking me and moving around, it's just not quite as forceful as it has been at certain moments, but I suspect she moved bit so that's probably contributing to the change in feeling. I'm 23 weeks currently and I think the anxiety about making it to viability is getting to me. I have another ultrasound scheduled for next week on Thursday, and I'm sure I'll feel a ton better once I can see her again.

elle I definitely have those moments too. Especially with them constantly telling me to call immediately if I noticed a change. It's so much pressure on me. One night a couple weeks ago I couldn't remember if I had felt her moving that day so I laid there for a few hoping she would move otherwise I was about to head to the hospital. Luckily she did move and I felt better. Right now it's hard not to notice her since she's up in my ribs but earlier on you just don't always think about it.

We went to a meet the teacher event at Os school. He was literally the only kid running around, screaming, throwing toys on the ground, etc. Seeing his behavior compared to the other kids made me concerned... the other kids were so well behaved and mine was acting like a psycho. Idk if I’m jumping to conclusions but I worry he has something like ADHD. Which per google isn’t diagnosed until 4/5. But it’s not the first time I’ve thought this. It’s just hard to know what is normal toddler boy behavior and what is something more extreme.

Actually we might have one in our box of workout stuff we've never used lol. We have a large bouncy ball toy that I've used to lean on but it's probably not big enough to sit on.

Top of the morning!
My kids were up super early today as per. Not much going on today. We do have a play date this afternoon at a park around the corner which should be fun. It’s with 3 other moms with kids of varying ages. The weather is beautiful today so it will most likely be packed.
DH and I have a wedding tomorrow and then Sunday I’m going to one of my best friends house to meet her new baby. I can’t wait for newborn snuggles.

At my NST appointment. Baby seems to be pretty active so I hope they're seeing what they need. They had this scheduled for 11 and then OB at 11:30. I don't know why they do that. Last time I was 30 minutes late to the OB and now I'm going on 15 minutes late and I'm still on the monitor.

Still hanging in there... I keep thinking I have all these “pre labor” signs but then nothing happens. The anticipation is killing me. This waiting is much more difficult than a sched C like last time.

This waiting is much more difficult than a sched C like last time. I have no idea what to expect this time around either. I keep getting pains from BH, back pain and rib pain so I have no idea if any of it is early labor signs or my baby just being an ahole. I'm still early so it seems like it shouldn't be anything real but I have no idea with this pregnancy. I'm also not doing a good job with relaxing. We've been trying to clean up the house and I'm trying not to be a party pooper for C. We just took him to a petting farm this morning.

I'm going to put this here because I don't want to ruin this new week's thread. Things have gone to crap with our dogs. Nala destroyed her 2 upper canines and one molar, Tanner had surgery on Thursday for his lump on his right elbow pit, and yesterday he got out of his cone and took out 4-6 stitches while we were at the lake for my job's aquatic employee day. Rushed him back to the Vet, now they are stapled. Last night, Skye started acting funny. Constantly scratching, couldn't/wouldn't settle down, rubbing her face, etc. She hates her kennel and that's the only place she'd relax for a few minutes. I checked her for fleas, and didn't see anything. She gets flea and tick medication and all the dogs do so... we're just at a loss as to what's going on with her. We can't afford another dog to have issues. And of course DH goes back to work tomorrow and they are going to have to be crated/kenneled for a while just for Tues, Wed, Thurs, I'm mildly freaking out.
