I'm looking to replace our electric pressure cooker because it takes forever (like 20-30 minutes) to come up to pressure. We were given a GreenPan pressure cooker as a gift, but I'm not a fan of it.
Any other recommendations? I know the Instant Pot is popular, but how long does it take to cone up to pressure?

I had a Cuisninart and it didn't take that long. I've also heard good things about the Wolfgang Puck one.

BUUUT I got the Wolfgang Puck at a garage sale and it worked fine about 3 times and then had an electrical error. Per Google this error was common with that model. Anyway I probably didn't get a fair trial of the brand.

Instant pot. For me it works great and so many recipes are out there for it. The IP runs at a lower pressure than other pressure cookers, so the recipes would all have to be converted as far as times to cook if you have another brand. You can get great deals, great accessories, etc.
It takes maybe 10-15 minutes to come to pressure for the things I make.
Can you saute etc in other pressure cookers?
