And any other cat experts..

Tigger has stopped using his litter box. Nothing has changed except MJ being born. Hes going in the boys bathroom, all over the rugs, spraying the shower curtain, and in the tub. I put an inch of water in the tub so he would stop so Last night he peed in a canvas bag I had laying on the floor. And this morning he pooped IN J's bed....

WTF.

How do I stop this?

I haven’t personally had these issues but given the sudden change it is very likely stress related. I would start with a Feliway diffuser to help calm him but it sounds like meds may be in order to get through the temporary adjustment. I would call the vet and see if they can start him on Prozac. They may want to get a urine sample to rule out issues. But the addition of a poop outside of the box and the arrival of MJ points to behavioral issues related to stress.

In the meantime maybe try putting him back in his own room for a bit. Having the limited space may calm him down with the constant stimulation.
