I think we're dealing with reflux. We had one good day after I quit caffeine but now we're back to back arching and crying while nursing and today, lots of vomit. Calling the pediatrician tomorrow and hoping she'll prescribe zantac without seeing her. Then we can follow up at her 1 month visit in 2 weeks. Make sure you hold her upright after feeding for 15-30 min. H’s was so bad at night that we had to increase it to 45 min-1hr. That....was not delightful in the MOTN. Your pedi may not prescribe it without seeing her though. Mine wouldn’t prescribe anything until after he was a month. I took videos so she could see what he was doing.

It gets worse as the day goes on. Of course it's the worst from 8-11pm.. J had it terrible but out grew it around 4-5 months. I know I had to have him seen to get it but I was seeing a Male pedi then. Now I see the female nurse practitioner in the same practice and she seems to trust the parents gut instinct more.
