We're struggling - DS is beginning to drop his morning nap. When DD did this, it was fine, we just let her nap at 11 and she was a bit grumpy at bedtime but it was fine.
My kids have generally been taking their afternoon naps at the same time all year (yes, my 5 year old still naps, it's necessary, trust me!) from 1230/1-2:30/3, so having him take a nap at 11, and DD going down around 1, basically means we are in nap jail from 10:30 (nap prep) to 3 on weekend days, and it stinks.
Anyone else navigating this double nap situation? How are you doing this?

DS2 (just turned 4) still naps, but it's usually later in the afternoon (between 3 and 5) that he starts to crash. and some days he skips it.
DS3 has been ALL over the place recently. sometimes he naps 3x in a day and but more often he'll just take a couple of 20 minute catnaps despite repeated efforts from us.
TBH though if there's something we want to do, we just do it and if someone gets tired enough they fall asleep in the car or stroller or whatever. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
having three, though, we tend to split up the kids more often-- so if i want to go out and DS3 is tired, DH will stay home with him and i'll take a kid or two with me.
is your DD starting Kindergarten in the fall? at least around here they don't have a nap in K anymore. so you might want to begin to transition her away from it anyway. send her to bed an hour earlier, even if it seems ridiculously early.

DS who is 4 also naps between 3-5. Lately he's had days where he skips it but it's usually only 2x per week. It works out for us because DD takes her afternoon nap at 3 also. She takes a morning nap around 10:30.

DS doesn't really nap at DC so he only takes real naps on weekends. Lately it's been a good morning nap, like 2-3 hours. So he doesn't always nap later even though he gets tired and grumpy. So I'm no help. Yesterday I forced an afternoon nap after a long morning nap and it made bedtime later. He just wasn't tired.
