tallb How are you 30 weeks already? I always forget you’re even pregnant. How are you holding up? I don't know where the weeks are going!? I'm feeling quite large and the heat is more noticeable to me since I'm further along this time. Taking two classes at once is a bit much, so feel a bit out of control and am not sleeping enough, so that's probably not helping my overall mood. Basically feel like we are barely surviving now, so what are we going to do next year when we have another kid and 3 locations instead of one. Kind of a sense of dread/panic...but the kids are cute and seem excited. We brought baby stuff back and n has been hanging out in a bouncy chair with a baby doll and practices rocking the bassinet. We still don't have names either. Health wise things seem fine (knock on wood!)

tallb the reason I joined this board is T was my 3rd and I felt guilty that I was doing nothing for him. Then as everyone started having babies and talking about baby stuff, I never felt like I was in that same place. I can’t reach explain it but I kinda of felt like with kid 3 and 4, regular life just went on. I would read others posts about sleepless nights and cracked nipples and be like oh that sucks so much and not even notice I had sleepless nights and cracked nipples too because there was no time to worry about that stuff. It’s weird and I don’t think I explained it right there but I can’t think of a better way.

So last week I signed of for the USPS informed program (which has an app as well). They let you know what you should be getting in the mail that day via a picture of the outside of the letter. It has already paid off.
E was suppose to receive a birthday card from my uncle with a check on Wednesday. It never appeared. I clicked the “didn’t receive” button in the app and today it showed up. I would have never known that we were getting it without the app.
It also saved me some steps in hot weather for no mail. I love it. If your area is part of the program sign up. It’s great!

If you are an America Ninja Warrior fan, I recommend Ultimate Beast Master on Netflix. We have been pretty entertained with it the last few nights!

My two best friends from college are due 3 weeks after me (one with her first, the other with her second), and I feel like we are in different worlds. I think I see the baby stage as so fleeting, so I'm not stressing about it. My nesting is home projects, not baby specific stuff..since we don't know who is sharing rooms yet.

tallb are you team green? What names are you thinking? We are! Girl: no front runner at ALL Natalie Anne Jane Ryan Katherine - I like Kat as nn, mh likes kate Elizabeth Finnley (may be too trendy and cutesy with my F last name) Boy: James - good friend has a son with same name Owen - too popular Grant - not sure if douchey, or too scandalish given last name Reid - good friend has daughter with this name William - was the boy name for N, kind of over it Thomas - meh? I like Christopher but doesn't go with last name well. We both love Jake but that's a nephew. Pretty sure my good friend is naming her son Henry. J likes Lucy but our neice-dog was named that and just died. I thought Miles was kind of cute but mh just shot that down. Any not too trendy short names that go with a 3 syllable Irish last name?

Mh just sent me a job listing for his position in Tampa or San Juan. I could totally move out of the midwest too bad the houses in the city in PR are not worth moving too (at least the ones I saw and could afford. But I told him they said beaches so he needs to apply

FFFC
C and are are done having kids but my coworkers from OG job are still upset I didn’t go with the name they picked out for e, Jubilee. I told them if I were to get pregnant again and it’s a girl Jubilee will be in her name somewhere. They know we are 2 and through.
I secretly want another kid but know it’s just not feasible.

tallb: I like both of your lists. Boys: I like Nate, but not Nathan. Ethan, Evan, Andrew (Drew), or Harry? Girls: Lauren, Sadie, Ellen, or Lane?

Agree on Nate and not Nathan. Ethan and Evan are solid choices, I'll add them to the list to float by mh. Harry doesn't do much for me.. I like Lane!

We considered Natalie all the way until we picked her name. I love it. But A was insistent on the nick name nat, which I hate.. I agree with your H on Kate for a nickname with Kathetine. I love miles!

Wait tallb, is your LN my maiden name? I can't remember exactly what it is, if the 2nd syllable is a P or G. Either way I had a cousin Katherine (nn Kate) and I've always loved how it sounded.

tallb I’m so curious what your last name is now. I’ve decided one on my head based on what you said but I could be very wrong. Anyway names I think go with your imagined last name and your other kids names: Girl Molly Elizabeth nn Ella I like Katherine nn Kat Anne Maya Zoe Rose (Rosie) Boys Collin Samuel Henry (I know you said you can’t use it but I like it anyway) David

I think it's hard to say what a nickname will be. We call Cadence things that aren't even close to her name.

I can't remember either, but I'm a G. That is a cute name.. I'll try to see what mh is leaning towards today. He also lately says he kind of regrets j's name since it's his name. So he basically loses all final say since he dictated that name. Thankfully I like it for him, otherwise I'd be super grouchy.

A clue for my last name is that we actually can't use that name without being a famous person's name😉. I suggested Rosie but mh said it's cute for a kid but Rose is not as great for an adult. We like Colin but my nephew is Cole, so seems almost too similar. I should just find out the sex to cut this name picking job in half!
