Vent ahead:

M1 wasn’t in today, good thing because I would have been very angry at him. The project walk I did for him because the networking team is pissed at him more then I am basically told me we won’t be meeting schedule or budget. The two other managers I talked about it with were just 🤷‍♀️. He better take this seriously tomorrow or I’m going to the big boss.

He better also take something off my plate since I’m doing more things for him then I should.

I think I’m more upset that everyone is like oh well he didn’t focus on this. If this was my project I would most likely be fired for how much was missed.

I’m still transitioning back to my OG team. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with this team. Tuesday and Thursday with OG team

I'm officially signed up for a triathlon. It's a relay team so I'll just do the swim part but I'm really excited. I'm also doing a 2.4mile swim for a cancer fundraiser 2weeks before. I'm not getting any smaller but I'm getting stronger.

I looked it up and it looks like that wording is specific to Tx. The federal charge would be indecent assault of a minor or indecent exposure if no touching occurred. Either way I hope for your sake he (I’m assuming he statistically although there are women) pleads our so you don’t have to listen to the details.
