For the purposes of this check-in, we will define extended breastfeeding as breastfeeding beyond 1 year. Questions are repeated and suggestions are appreciated! 1. How old is your LO? 2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? 3. Do you still nurse on demand, or have you taken steps to actively drop nursing sessions? 4. How old was your LO when you introduced solids and how did LO take to them? How is your LO eating now? Pregnant & BFing/Tandem Nursing Moms: How are you doing this week? Any issues with supply, pain, aversion? Questions for other moms? GTKY: What is your ultimate comfort food?

1. DS is 21mo
2. 2x
3. He gets "morning milk" and "evening milk," and I try to limit it to that. I would like to wean in the next few months.
4. We started BLW at 6mo, and he loved it. He's starting that super fun toddler pickiness now.
GTKY: Sweet potato casserole with all of the marshmallow gore on top.

1. 12 months 2. 4-5 times 3. Still nursing on demand. He's pretty pushy about it sometimes lol 4. 6ish months? He's got a huge appetite and will eat just about anything put in front of him. Not the hugest fan of veggies, but if it's mixed with mashed potatoes then he'll eat anything lol
GTKY: What is your ultimate comfort food? Chocolate for sure. Pancakes too I guess.

1. How old is your LO? - 12.5mo
2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? - 6+? I think he’s working on another tooth because his night nursing has tripled the last couple nights.
3. Do you still nurse on demand, or have you taken steps to actively drop nursing sessions? - demand
4. How old was your LO when you introduced solids and how did LO take to them? How is your LO eating now? - 6mo; he wasn’t very interested. Still hit or miss depending on the day. If he’s hungry, his favorites are carbs.
GTKY: What is your ultimate comfort food? - chips & queso

1. 3.6 yo 2. 1-3x 3. Definitely not on demand. Mostly just morning and evening. She asks to nurse usually at least once more a day, but I almost always tell her no. I was gone for 3 days and the first thing she wanted when she saw me was milky. This girl never wants to wean. 4. She was close to 6 months when we started solids. Due to food allergies, it was a bit of a rough slog. She refused all solid foods from 8-10 months. She eats pretty well now, but is picky.
GTKY: probably nachos and chocolate

1. How old is your LO? 15 months 2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? A lot. At least it seems like a lot. 3. Do you still nurse on demand, or have you taken steps to actively drop nursing sessions? Still on demand. Every once in a while I’ll try to distract him instead of feeding. He’s teething so the night feedings have been frequent. 4. How old was your LO when you introduced solids and how did LO take to them? How is your LO eating now? About 6 months. He eats pretty good now. Not as picky as big brother.
GTKY: What is your ultimate comfort food? Pasta. Or chocolate.
