What do your LOs eat for lunch. DD1 did more purées and it was something easy for my MIL to feed her. But Haley wants regular food. 😉
I thought about dinner leftovers, but lately, we haven't had many leftovers.

Leftovers, but to fill in I make batches of mini muffins or pancakes with banana/oats/green veggies/eggs. When I'm cutting up fruit for my big kid's lunches, I cut up baby size fruit so it's ready to go for the baby.
He likes also likes toast w/PB, any sort of pasta, veggies (I just defrost frozen peas and let him go for it), and yogurt/cottage cheese.
ETA: Cheese! We string some string cheese for him, or break small bits off a babybel, and he's happy.

i usually give DS3 some sort of leftovers, a fruit, and some kind of snack. and his 2 bottles. (i kind of hate this stage because you're basically making them a full lunch AND you have to clean a bunch of bottles and pump parts! ugh.)
so the "main course" is usually some combo of cut up leftover meat and veg, or occasionally leftover pasta.
cut up fruit, whatever is in season- i cut stuff into sticks when possible so it's easier to eat. if i'm in a rush or we have nothing in the house i give him unsweetened applesauce.
snack is either some kind of dry finger food like cheerios or a cheese stick. sometimes those bamba peanut puffs.
if i don't have any leftovers i will give him a half sandwich (PB&J, tuna or egg salad, turkey and cheese), or yogurt with some jam mixed in.
