Red State is trying to push Mueller is somehow involved with Seth Rich.
Leave Rich and his family alone, FFS. They've been through enough without this continued bullshit.

I had to read to make sure I understood the decision. I'm glad they fell where they did. Pleasantly surprised Gorsuch landed on the side he did.

This first sentence of the second paragraph is misleading in a really problematic way. It doesn't give Democrats an advantage, it helps to reverse an unfair disadvantage. GDI WaPo be better

Today marks 4 years since the Emanuel AME church shooting.
I'm so sickened that nothing has been done about gun safety.
I'm so pissed that McTurtle was saying that Democrats are too busy investigating 45 to get anything done, yet won't bring the background check bill to the floor.

Deplorable, indeed.

I'm pretty sure he's showing he hasn't "grown" as much as he thinks he did if he's resorting to name calling like that. Not that Harvard isn't problematic in some ways.

Harvard probably *is* a racist institution. Just not for the reason he thinks it is.

Harvard probably *is* a racist institution. Just not for the reason he thinks it is. Absolutely. And he did had a point that Harvard has a very checkered past (even just last year they were sued for an affirmative action bias against Asian Americans). It’s definitely ironic. But he’s also a whiny a-hole and he has a cult following on Twitter where he spews garbage so 🤷🏼♀️ Sorry not sorry, maybe Trump University has an opening.

From Politico: "The Pentagon is dispatching an additional 1,000 troops to the Middle East in response to recent attacks on oil tankers in the Gulf of Oman that the United States blames on Iran."

So this shows that his attorneys are idiots, lazy or both. They clearly didn't do any sort of review before handing over the documents. Reports have said the images were emailed to Jones, but the thing is he violated federal law when he sent the documents to opposing counsel. Turning documents over in discovery básically certifies they are yours. He's admitting they were in his possession, and then he transmitted them. That's a crime. Because of the circumstances of the document turn over, I'm pretty sure that covers the intent portion of the crime. The FBI could now potentially confiscate all of his electronics for review.

Why I probably could never be a defense atty The only reason I do not think it is the attys intending to turn over those docs, is because the lawyers could potentially face repercussions if it was shown they knowingly violated their clients rights by turning over documents that prove their client committed a crime. I imagine the kinds of lawyers that take people like Alex Jones on as clients are too self-serving to get in trouble for him or care about exposing his crimes.

I totally agree with you on his attys probably not being the culpable ones.
