Raves: Had a wonderful baby shower with family, saw a lot of friends and family I haven’t seen in a long time! And my best friend got me an owlet, which I couldn’t even believe!! But she knows what a hypochondriac I am 😂
GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? I loooove zebras. They’re so cool looking! And Rhinos, so cute! There is a farm n the drive down from where I am to my home town that has a zebra, it’s on a tiny winding road and it always surprises me to see him right in the middle of California lol

Thank you aeroplaneoverthesea! So far the anxiety of doing the actual MRI has taken over so I haven't been thinking about the results much.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 27w2d, bananas, 9/8
FTM, Etc: 2TM
Appointments: MRI Thursday and MFM scan Friday.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Pink
Milestones: Is it third trimester yet?? I have to be close.
Symptoms: Heartburn is still the worst. Hips have been hurting while I sleep so I'm rolling back and forth a ton. Pregnancy pillow did nothing.
Rants: We decided to get an amniocentesis done on Friday so I'm now anxiously waiting for results to come in. I wasn't really worried about it before because we did embryo testing but we've had such terrible luck that I'm nervous now.
Raves: I wouldn't say we started the nursery yet but I have the paint color picked out, furniture is purchased and we bought a new ceiling fan. Everything is essentially there, just need to get started.
GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? Elephants! They are so fascinating. Unfortunately our local zoo doesn't have them anymore but the one an hour away does so we saw them last summer.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 24w4d/large zucchini/9.27 FTM, Etc: 4th Appointments: Next week. Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Pink Milestones: Viability!! Symptoms: Tired. Thirsty a lot and peeing always. Indigestion. BH contractions. Rants: I'm so sore from the past weekend! I had a huge gtg with my O15 bmb (and got to meet moonandback141 who is freaking adorable and super sweet!) but all the walking made me realize what a toll the m/s took on me. And I ate pretty bad most of the time but whatevs, it was worth it. Raves: Just can't believe how fast this pregnancy is flying by. I'm torn between wishing time would slow down and being excited about how fast it's going. GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? My favorite animal in general is elephants which I love/hate seeing them in zoos. They never seem to have enough room in their enclosures but they're so cool to watch...I need to go on a safari some day.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 23/Barbie doll/Oct 7 FTM, Etc: 3 Appointments: June 20 Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Green Milestones: not this pregnancy related but I finally got to meet my O15 BMB including randomosity! Hey girl hey. It was awesome. Symptoms: Nothing to write home about. Rants: Not really a “rant” but feeling way larger than 23 weeks. But with all the ultrasounds I’ve had, a hidden twin is out of the question. Raves: Feeling movement daily, although soft, every once in awhile I get a good kick and DH and my older daughter have even got to feel it. GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? Does a manatee count?

Week/Fruit/EDD: 22w1d/ear of corn/Oct 14 FTM, Etc: STM Appointments: a week from today Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Blue Milestones: Not pg related, but this is my last week of school and then I'm off for the summer! Today was our last full day, and tomorrow and Thurs are minimum days for finals. Then 2 glorious months off. I'm excited. Symptoms: Just constant peeing. That's it for now. Rants: I have the most intense chocolate cravings in the afternoon. It's like whatever hormone that managed my self control was wiped out by pregnancy. I'm actually out of chocolate right now, and I just went walking around the office trying to find some. The AP who always has a bowl on her desk was in a closed door meeting and I'm pissed about it. Will probably stop at the gas station and shove a candy bar in my mouth before I get home. Raves: I'm feeling really good. It's weird, but I'm not going to question it. GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? Giraffes because they are tall like me But I love all animals. They make me so happy.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 19+5 / Nov 1st FTM, Etc: 2nd Appointments: Weekly cervical ultrasound and makena shots. Anatomy scan next week. Team: 💚 Milestones: baby is still doing okay, so far as we know. Symptoms: pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain?, heartburn Rants: I just want to be at viability already and have my anatomy scan results. Raves: Energy is better, DS adjusting to idea a little. Seeing family this week. Wedding, hoping there is no IL drama and that H has fun. GTK Roseinbloom’s DS: favorite zoo/exotic animal? DS has a red panda lovey that goes everywhere with him. He has definitely educated our local general public about them... We have the lovey because H loves them, too. They were a local mascot where he lived in Japan. The lovey originally came with a WWF “adoption” on his behalf.

It never will be due to the type my job is but I am just feeling unsettled. Raves: Life in general is good GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? Penguin! Although I say that cautiously, because my family and everybody knows I love penguins, so now apparently I collect all things penguin…

GTKY: favorite zoo/exotic animal? My favorite animal in general is elephants which I love/hate seeing them in zoos. They never seem to have enough room in their enclosures but they're so cool to watch...I need to go on a safari some day. This is why our zoo transferred the elephants. They said their space was inadequate. So while I was sad that they were gone, I'm glad they recognized that and put the best interest of animal first.

cateyes yay for third tri! That means I can officially go to HR and get closer parking at work lol. Also, same situation for me at work. I can only ATTEMPT to put things in a good spot but there's no way it'll ever be fully done since the job is constant. Plus we have zero idea who will take over my projects when I leave so I can't do much but keep a To Do list constantly updated "just in case".
