I've always mixed peanut butter with purrees when I make the purrees - usually apples or bananas. Stealing this idea! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Apparently tonight is the night! I bought earthbest sweet potatoes, carrots, and peas. I also have a sweet potato and carrots to roast and a box of oatmeal cereal. He turned 6 months on the 26th so I'm a little behind but I was with dd too and she's just fine now.

Okay mamas I've got a question. Did introducing solids do anything to your lo's sleep? R was doing pretty well with naps and sttn and in the past few days his afternoon nap has gone to crap, coinciding with introducing solids. Yesterday he woke up from his afternoon nap at 2:45 and would not go back down for another even after 2 hours of trying. I finally got him up and gave him a bottle and fed him sweet potatoes (which he loves, so different from dd), and then put him back to bed. But he went 5.5 hours of no sleep, is it food related? He doesn't seem to be fussy or uncomfortable at all, just won't sleep.

I think we're past that now (fx). Could it just be a leap? B can go up to 4hrs between his last nap and bedtime. Otherwise he can usually only tolerate 2-2.5hrs in between naps. I also know if B takes even a 10 second snooze on the boob during the day it pushes his need for a nap back out.
