Thursday: Salads for A and I. Quesadillas and rice for the boys
Friday: Steak, scalloped potatoes, Asparagus

Mon: sheet pan cashew chicken over rice
Tues: slow-cooker corn chowder, salad
Wed: leftover chowder, sandwiches
Thurs: grilled pork tenderloin, baked sweet potatoes, broccoli
Fri: smoked sausage, black bean and corn salad, fries, fruit salad
Sat: out/take-out

Mon: crockpot orange chicken and broccoli
Tues: my super picky sister will be over so mini pizzas and fruit
Wed: baked parmesan chicken and tomato mozzarella salad
Thurs: tacos
Fri: eggs, turkey sausage and pancakes
Sat: my niece's bday party

Tonight I made a shrimp stir fry with the spaghetti squash I roasted yesterday, baby book choy, kale, mushrooms, and sugar snap peas. Pretty good!
