I'm so glad it's Friday. I finally got a text this morning from the swing set istallers, they have us scheduled for next Thursday. They must have known I was going to call and cancel this morning if I didn't hear anything.

But that also means we have to get rid of the old swing set this weekend.

Haircuts for the kids this morning, then I have a dentist appointment this afternoon (new office, since my dentist in FL retired). I had a dream last night that I needed 3 crowns. Terrifying.

Tonight is MOPS night out, a group of us are going for pedicures and then out for Mexican/margaritas. Should be fun!

I’m still trying to get caught up on all the threads, I hate getting behind! I’m up to Thursday.

It’s wheels up for Greece in about an hour. I’ll try to check the board as often as I can, but I’m told coverage on the island is spotty.

It’s going to be hard not having you girls to chat with everyday. And obviously I’ve cried eleven million times since yesterday about leaving the kids.

MH's giant tv got delivered at 7 this morning. He then proceeded to drop it on my daughter's foot and his ankle. Cadence is fine, the tv is fine, his ankle is going to have one nasty bruise.

Got to work and as I'm opening my email an attorney comes in asking if I've checked his numbers, as per the email he sent me. Dude, I literally just walked in the door and booted up my computer, give me a fucking chance. He then proceeds to verbally jab at me asking why I'm being so slow this morning, did I go out last night, blah blah blah. Meanwhile, NN is over at her desk cackling away at his "humor."
No.
So then, I open his damn email and it's 2 fucking numbers. Are you telling me you can't add/check 2 fucking numbers on your own? Idiot.

At least tacos are here.

Just had to talk to Cadence on the phone. She is saying she doesn't want to go to school because her stomach hurts. She's fine. I had mentioned to mh this morning that now he didn't have to take the day off since his tv arrived so early. Right after that she started asking if it was a school day and all that. Girl just wants a day off and I don't blame her.

Mmmm donuts. I could go for one right now. Instead, I just ate half a watermelon with my breakfast. But I could make room for a donut.

Another beautiful day here. We have plans with friends to golf and then try some hole in the wall bar for their supposedly good pizza tonight.

FIL texted. They took the kids swimming yesterday and H made the front page of their paper this morning!

Tgif! Felt like a Sherpa with 30 bags between water play bags, picnic bag, work stuff, lunch getting out the door this morning. The school has its summer picnic on the main lawn, which is sure to be chaos. Mh thinks he can surprise the kids and I'm praying he can swing it.

Fridays are quiet at the office, so hoping to get a bunch crossed off the to do list. Enjoy the day!

I'm going to work through lunch and leave early to pick up the kids.  M is very excited to meet her new cousin.  She'll be super excited when she finds out it's a girl.  She said she was going to change all the diapers, but not the dirty ones.

Back to my regular job today. My boss doesn't mean to be, but he's such a douche. Everyone has been insanely busy with a crazy workload (busiest it's been in the 7 years I've been here) and he's carrying on about some random survey without any acknowledgement of how hard the team it working. Way to boss.
