What are you (or the kids) doing for Father's Day?

I have no ideas right now. And I am doubly screwed because it is also H's birthday on the 14th.

I have no ideas right now. And I am doubly screwed because it is also H's birthday on the 14th. MH birthday is on Father's Day. He said that he didn't want anything since we just spent money on a fence a few weeks ago. I'm making a picture with the kids handprints and writing their names and will frame it. Will most likely go to a park and grab some dinner.

Nothing for DH, which is exactly what he did for me.

I was thinking about doing pictures with "DAD" letters, but I don't know if that will happen. Cards, for sure, and a something little, and if I'm feeling nice I will take on some of his weekend tasks.

I've purchased a card for MH and one for DS to give to him. Also a onesie for him to wear Sunday that says 'Its my Dad's first father's day'. We will be on vacation with my family so I'm not really do anything beyond that. Now to write in the cards and remember to pack them...

We are going to my grandmothers 80th birthday party 🥳
But I hired movers to move one of MHs finished projects from our garage into his office while we’re gone. Our neighbor is going to let them in for me. He’ll be both surprised and thrilled and I can’t wait!

Probably a new swim suit and something homemade from the kids-he likes that type of thing. He usually gets up with the kids, so I'll tell him to sleep in. Otherwise, no plans.
We were traveling home from ILs on Mothers Day with a sick Charlie, so I don't feel the pressure to go above and beyond. Not that H was purposefully being a butt on Mothers Day, but I really didn't get any time to myself because of the circumstances. We leave to go to Michigan with his family later that week, so that also makes me feel less pressured since I will be sacrificing my sanity.

My H likes to golf so I got him an outfit for golfing from me and the kids. We'll probably go out to lunch or dinner. He said he just wants to spend time as a family so it won't be anything too crazy. I got a massage and brunch for MD, but I don't think we'll do brunch for FD.

I ended up buying him a tool belt he asked for (he just finished putting new closet organizers in all our closets, so he was feeling the need), and I'm letting DD help design a dinner menu. So far, we have dino chicken nuggets and corn on the cob. I'd love to take him out, but we live in a college town (like, walking distance to the college campus) and it's graduation weekend, so all our "go to" restaurants are sure to be packed.

I got mh cologne, a shirt, and a CD. I think I'll get him a cookie cake and take him out for dinner. Nothing else planned besides that.

I bought a book from Amazon for DD to fill in about reasons she loves him. She has been writing in some good answers so I think he will like it
