Good morning!
So my four year old that has never woken up with a dry pull-up has started sleeping without pull-ups and has been dry both nights. Granted, we get her up to use the restroom before we go to bed, but it’s still a miracle to me.
The baby does this strange thing, when I lie her down on the boppy to get ready to nurse she starts crying and if I take too long positioning myself she will start crying like I pinched her. Until I stick my boob in her mouth, then she is better. Weirdo.

kam3100, night training was like a switch flipped for DD - she had been day trained for over 2 years, and was still wet during a 1 hour nap. Around thanksgiving she stayed dry for naps, and then right around Christmas she was dry overnight consistently. Before that it was weeks of peeing through her pull up half the time.

We put in an offer on a house last night. I'm nervous about it because we want to buy the new place before selling our current home, and we will be house poor for a while, but I don't think we would move again ever after this home.

So with swim diapers, the size small/size 3 is 16-24lbs and the size med/4 says 24lbs-whatever. I'm going to try a small on C tonight because I have a pack that we bought when we took him in my mom's pool a couple months ago. But is bigger better as with regular diapers? He's probably 20lbs now. If the ones we have look too small I'm going to get a pack of medium ones but I'm worried I won't be able to tell.

Agree, and many public pools require a disposable swim diaper inside a cloth one - it really does contain the blowouts!

klw thank you for recommending that Instagram account. I took some tips from it and am pumping more. I started power pumping at work. It works out great because I lock myself in an office for an hour to pump, I have my laptop with me, and I get so much done while I’m hiding away! Plus I’m getting the milk that is needed for daycare. I’m calling it a win even though I’m pumping my life away.

Z's cold included goopy eyes, which isn't really uncommon for him so I didn't think much of it.....until today. Guess who has pink eye? So uncomfortable.

So sorry PennyCandy! Hope it clears up soon! Hoping that L is not getting sick again. He woke up at 430 am Sunday night/Monday morning and was inconsolable until I gave him some Tylenol. Hoping it is just teething related. He slept through the night last night since we gave him Tylenol before bed. He has a top tooth pushing through, so hoping that’s all it is.

Charlie has been off since Friday night with a cough and cold. We noticed he was running a fever MOTN Friday/Saturday, but he slept okay that night and the next. Sunday night was awful even though he was fine during the day. Last night was a little better but we were still up 3-4 times. Of course I'm debating if an EI will result or if that's the reason he isn't sleeping well. I'm so tired of him being sick every other week. Plus my throat is now sore probably from all the coughing he has done on me. /end whine

Omg can somebody tell my child to stop trying to roll off the changing table during every single diaper change🙄 OMG Charlie is the worst to change. I legit dread it. Full on rolling, trying to sit up, whatever he can do. God forbid he has to lay still for a minute. And when he has pooped, he really turns it up a notch. Same thing with getting dressed. Full on screaming melt down mode. It is the least favorite part of my morning for sure.

Omg can somebody tell my child to stop trying to roll off the changing table during every single diaper change🙄 Yup. If MH is around we tag team it, especially for poop. He's also really bad about reaching for his diaper area so I like having MH hold his hands while I do the change. He also cries every change.

I have a toy on the changing table for distraction purposes. Keeps her occupied and hands full while I change her. (Just make sure it's a plastic washable one just in case. 😜)

It's pretty much like wrestling an alligator to get diapers/clothes changed.
I got the full blown crud Zach has had. No wonder he isn't sleeping and has been cranky. He's also has a viral rash. He's still acting ok and only has low grade fevers sporadically, but it's been 10 days so I'm wondering if I need to take him in.

Yay to C's congestion being back, not! It's so hot here, wtf?? I hope it clears up some by the time we leave for our trip next Thursday. At least we already have drops for his eyes. But I guess we will be bringing the nose sucker and drops with us JIC.
I have so much to get done today after I take C to DC. But hopefully I can relax some too.

I got sent home from work midday yesterday. I was able to get a nap in before I had to pick the kids up and the Z slept until 4am this morning. I still feel like I could sleep for another day, but no more fever so I'm starting to feel a bit better.
Z cried all the way home from daycare yesterday. Usually he just sleeps so it's unusual. When I got home and checked his bag only one bottle was there so they didn't give him his second bottle. He was starving. He ate two chicken nuggets, pinto beans, mandarin oranges, yogurt, and graham crackers for dinner and still nursed before bed. I am....less than pleased and talked to them this morning.

To those that are nursing, how many times per day are you? We are only at 4-5x per day. She doesn't get any bottles besides that.

I'm at more like 7, but I'm actively pushing it on weekends, since that makes pumping on week days easier for me. I think if I really feed on his demand it's 5-6. As long as she's eating other food that's perfectly OK!
