klong11 this is totally random, but every now and then a subscription box ad shows up on FB for a Find the Killer kit (or something like that). It's some sort of solve the murder box. I always think of you when I see it because of our shared love of horror. ooh cool, I'll have to look into it. |

This show is excellent. Totally captivated me. I have no idea why I thought a show called Bonding would be good to watch at work but also NSFW. It was good though and really short so a quick watch. I just watch stuff on my phone though while doing boring administrative work. Have you see the fall? I started it, it is awesome & gruesome. We watched the first few episodes of The Fall and then I fell asleep one night and kind of lost track. It’s hard for me to watch shows with subtitles late at night because I’m usually also on my phone/iPad and I get distracted and lose the plot. |

C still has a fever so I took him to the doctor. She said just a virus. When I told T this he replied “oh no, I know all about viruses. When they get in something, they take control and take it over. The virus is going to take over C!”

Still on page 1 vino, that sounds horrible. tgrimes,I had all four out at 18 and they were all impacted. It was horrible and I spent a whole day in bed and days just on liquids. Your coworker is full of shit! |

I took the kids to the park this afternoon; it was approximately 1 billion degrees so luckily they did not want to stay all day. MH did not work today but instead did his volunteer shift at the local minor league team's concession stand. He came home smelling like a state fair and I'm pretty sure never wants to see a hotdog again, lol. I know he's wiped out but bless him, he is playing with the kids now so I can have a glass of rosé in peace  I probably should be vacuuming or something. good luck tonight cagoldi, we'll be thinking about you. |

I sent C to school in shorts and a tshirt. I was reading the forecast for tomorrow, not today. I called the school midday and let them know he has pants in his cubby, although I doubt if they fit. I don't think I have replaced them this year and he is much bigger. Hopefully he wasn't cold all day.
DH is picking him up and he has a scrimmage tonight for baseball. I am going to do some returns and pick up some groceries then relax.

vino have you watched Suits? I know you're not a MM fan (with apologies to lahdeedah  ) but it was SO, so good. It's on Netflix now, I believe. The Crown was excellent, we watched The Bodyguard and liked that a lot, too. Not sure if any of those are 'new' to you, but I'd recommend them all. Oh, and another one we liked is Broadchurch, it's on Netflix, also. Lol. Suits is on my list, too. I’ve never watched any of it. |

This is weird. Seems like they should just teach you to go straight and turn at the next block then? I mean, I do janky stuff like this when there's no one else around, but it seems like the proper thing would be just don't do a U-turn or one of its bastard relatives then. *shruggy guy* I agree. I would be hella pissed if i was driving and someone was doing a 5 pt turn just to turn around. No, keep going straight until you're not in the way. They'd absolutely get a honk from me. ETA: the acceptance of this practice must be #regional cause that doesnt fly here I’ve had to use it in a dead end situation before. Not when there are any other cars driving around. Or if I’m leaving someone’s house, parked on the street but want to turn around and go the opposite way. |

Also, I’m currently in our old neighborhood. I came to let M2 play on the playground and put the trash out. I give the keys to the new renters tomorrow. When I realized it was M2’s last time in the house we brought him home to, the emotions hit me. I kept it together though. It’s just a little bittersweet. You could tell he was excited when we pulled up and confused when we walked into an empty house.

If you want to amuse your children while simultaneously driving yourself insane tell Alexa (or on Amazon music) to play "cat." My kids discovered this one night when they were asking Alexa to play songs from random words. Does it make cat sounds? That is one of S’s favorite things. |

I heard Suits is good, but just cant get past thirsty MM ::shruggy guy::. The Crown was great! I've been meaning check out the Bodyguard, i should start it. I started watching Easy and I have to stop it, it is NSFW, lol. I've never hit the red X so quickly. This show is excellent. Totally captivated me. S only threw up the one time this morning and seemed to be just fine, otherwise. I have had a bit of an upset stomach all day but no vomit. I’m at work now and really don’t want to be here. Oh well, it’s only 3 hours. cagoldi I hope the session is productive. |
