Insufficient evidence.

Report has two parts, Russian interference (not enough evidence to prove conspiracy).
Second part, obstruction by President Trump.

Volume 1 Russian efforts and 45s response, there was insufficient evidence to charge Volume 2 into obstruction by president.

We did not make a determination as to whether or not the President committed a crime.

We did not make a determination about whether he committed a crime because of longstanding department policy to not charge a sitting president.

Charging the president with a crime was not an option we could consider.

Charging under seal is still not legal per policy.

Not fair to accuse someone of a crime when they can't have a day in court.

The constitution requires someone other than Justice to accuse the president.

The constitution requires someone other than Justice to accuse the president. That was a call for impeachment.

Sounds like he would have been charged if he was not a sitting president.

There were multiple systematic efforts to interfere in our election and that allegation deserves the attention of every American.
(did I get that right)
THIS SHOULD MATTER TO EVERYONE.

This part is key (and I'm paraphrasing): If we had confidence that the president did not commit a crime, we would have said so.

I'm already extremely annoyed at some of the hot takes on Twitter. The man did his job. What more do you want from him? Now everyone else needs to do theirs.

I'm seeing a lot of "Can we move on now?" on FB. That is certainly annoying, but I'm talking more along the lines of this: Don't get me wrong, I love Roxane. But that's an outrageously unfair assessment that I'm seeing a lot right now.
