At least here it is. Glad I got my yard mowed because there is water standing in the back. I'm so tired of rain and more is due tonight.

I'm up earlier than I want to be.
Family reunion at my house today that I need to clean and get groceries for.
Evie has a temperature of 102.1. I gave her some motrin, but trying to decide what to do. I cant really cancel. I might put MIL on stand by since there will be 2 other smaller kids here.

mwhip, poor E! I hope it's nothing and you can still have the reunion. I'm still hosting, my cousin from Atlanta is staying with us and there isn't anyone else close that we could move to. I let my cousin with the 2 younger kiddos know, and told her I'd keep her updated. Then she can make the decision. One of her boys is 2 and I have never met him, so I really hope evie feels fine. |

Wet weekend here too. MH is at Home Depot and then I'll run to Trader Joe's. MH will mow the lawn while I clean and then we have friends coming over since the kids are feeling way better!

Well dinner last night turned into a huge fight. The waiter and the lady at the table next to me asked me if I was okay. Good times.
At least I got lamb champs, bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese mashed potatoes out of the ordeal.

Morning. Had a lovely quiet morning without the kids, until my mom called that ds seemed unwell. Sure enough he had a fever and now dd is coming down with one too. Dd is celebrating her birthday tomorrow. I’m a little angry at the nurse who I trusted who sad the vaccine didn’t have any side affects, I just looked it up online and fevers very common... I told her we were celebrating her birthday this weekend and have a weekend away next week. I could have easily waited ten days with this vaccine 😡.

Evies fever is already down to 99.7, so I think as long as I stay on the ibuprofen, we will be good. tgrimes you give M miralax, right? I started evie on her cleanse last night. She has had 2 full doses and hasn't pooped. I dont know when she last pooped even. Is this normal?

This morning I texted my friend to say we were on for today and also texted a yes RSVP to a mom I've never met for a bday party. I was cleaning (and drinking a mimosa) and got a response, "Great! Can't wait". Read it super fast thinking it's my friend and responded quickly, "Drinking mimosas right now in anticipation!!!" I think we all know how this story ends...

She’ll probably go this afternoon. Miralax is not an immediate effect so she probably needs a few more doses to start really working. When M did her clean out she was supposed to drink 6 oz mixed with a capful) every 15 min. She obviously didn’t achieve that but it took several hours for her to start pooping. |

Morning!
I was up and at the gym by 6am, had a good workout now just having breakfast with the Queen.
The shed ‘construction’ continues so it’ll be another weekend of kid duty for me. I’ve been putting off a weekend away to visit my bestie on Vancouver island, but I think it’s time I book that flight.

It's hot and humid here. Rain everyday in the forecast. MH is working the levees all freaking weekend. We will take the OT pay and put in new flooring. I found a new cat pee spot yesterday after the robot vacuum went through the whole house. I think it's our fault for not having a second box recently but still annoying.
I'm hoping to get a swim in today but I have to manage watching E while swimming and it's not easy. I'm thankful for neighbor kids to entertain my kid.

vino Vancouver Island is so close to me. I really need to get the girls passports so we can take the ferry over there. tgrimes I'm sorry. That really sucks. I've also had some worthless dates nights with MH the last few kids night outside at TKD. I would have rather spent them alone or with a girlfriend. 😒 mwhip oh man. That really sucks. I hope Evie's fever does out so you can enjoy family festivities. And that her poo issues improve. How long until you get test results?
