Hey. S had her last day of preschool today. She came out of her classroom full of energy, apparently they had popsicles. MIL picked H up a half hour ago to take her to an activity. When S gets up from nap we are going over to a friend’s house to play. I have an etiquette question. Another mom at preschool offered to take H with her daughter on a play date. She suggested taking them to Chuck E. Cheese, which is fine with me. But my question is this: if she’s offering to take her does that mean she’s paying for her or do I send her with $20? They are doing the play date next week. I'd give the mom money when she picks her up. If it is her treat, she will say so at that time. I wouldn't give the money to my kid...the parent would never see it! |

When I took M's friend with us to Peppa Pig awhile back, the mom offered me money when I picked her up. I declined and said it was my treat.
That same mom asked me if M could go to a trampoline place with her daughter. I took her and stayed the whole time and offered to pay but she said she was taking care of it.
So I'd offer to give her money when you see her.

E kept telling everyone at school he was getting his hair cut today. What he didn't tell them is he just wanted a trim. Such a tease! He likes the pampering though

I cant get in the app. I have to go to the site and its frustrating me.
OB appointment went well. My arm is throbbing from the tdap. I have a crushing migraine and A has to work late. And is driving home with a trailer and mini excavator so his normal 1 hour and 15 minute drive will be like 2 hours. I'm at M's soccer practice now. I would have skipped but this is his last one..

Coachs daughter is being awful and I almost feel bad for her. If only she wasnt such a bitch in high school. 🤷♀️

I'm back in! Deleted and reinstalled the app and now it works. I grabbed Wendy's for dinner, threw the kids in the tub one at a time and did a super fast scrub down. They're in bed and I'm on the couch. A still isn't home.

I now know the baseball fields are 1.6 miles away from my house and I can walk there in 30 minutes. Now that I have a starting point, I can try and improve on it.
Cadence got hurt at school today. She said she was going down the slide and accidentally turned. The plastic of the slide basically ripped her skin, like a rug burn, only with plastic. At least she didn't break her leg. 😬
