Good: I ran after work Wednesday and Thursday and my planned 12 miles yesterday.
Bad: We all had a stomach bug last weekend that completely derailed my running plans Sat-Mon. I did lose a few lbs though. 🤷♀️
Plans: I’m hoping to get to my running club’s fun run tomorrow and then run Wed, Thurs, and 10 miles Saturday. Two weeks until my half!

What went wrong: Teacher appreciation week. So.Much.Food.
What went right: I actually ran more than my 15 mile weekly minimum this week.
Goal for the week: Run all the days, track all the macros. Stop being a fatty.

Stop being a fatty. Ha! Our teacher appreciation was two weeks ago to get it out of the way before state testing, and I ate so many cookies. It’s much easier when there isn’t food constantly tempting you at work!

I was actually really good with my macros all week, and workouts were good! Which was surprising, since I was exhausted with my early mornings. I’m seeing inches slowly drop, and a slight decrease trend on the scale.
Bad: I drank a lot of wine last night. Lol. But oh well. It was worth it.
Week ahead: it’s going to be tough because H is out of town for a few days, so I can’t go to OTF. I am going tomorrow morning and Tuesday afternoon. Then thurs/ fri, I’m hoping to Peloton either early in the morning, or after C’s bedtime.

Recommendation: Lillie Eats and Tells blog/ cookbook. I bought the cookbook and I’m completely obsessed after trying several recipes.
