Week/fruit/EDD: 13w3d, lemon, 11/8 FTM, etc: 3TM
Appointments: Had my NT scan today! I was so nervous and anxious the past few days but everything looked great!
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Pink!
Symptoms: allergies are awful, exhaustion, short temper
Rants: I keep telling myself going into an appointment or ultrasound that I am going to start to get excited if the the appointment goes well and each time I come out of the appointment and say I'll be good after the next appointment. I wish it wasn't like this. I am going to make an effort to talk about the baby more and refer to her as a she but still stay guarded if that's possible.
Raves: The appointment today went well! Baby is measuring 4 days ahead but they aren't going to change the date at this time. With my DD2 I went into labor a day before my scheduled c-section and progressed pretty quickly so I am hoping that I can avoid that this time.
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids - - After our 2nd loss (between DD1 and DD2) DH and I were going to plan a trip with DD1 to Italy and were pretty excited about it but it never happened. I still want to go but now may need to wait until the youngest is at least 4. DH and I also were going to do a trip for our 10 year anniversary but baby will only be 2 so that probably won't happen either. Maybe our 12 year we will go on a cruise or to an all inclusive.

Week/fruit/EDD: 11w4d/lime/Nov 21 FTM, etc: 3tm
Appointments: Wednesday!
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out
Symptoms: nausea/bad taste, exhaustion
Rants: H is oot this week again, parenting on my own is hard, still sick
Raves: excited for my appointment on wednesday
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids.
I've never been anywhere tropical or exotic. I'd love to do Hawaii or the Caribbean. I get air sick though so the thought of a long flight makes it sound not so fun. I think two nights is the perfect length for a trip with no kids...after that I miss them too much.

Week/fruit/EDD: 12+3
FTM, etc: STM
Appointments: 5/17 for 14 week appt
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out!
Symptoms: heartburn, mild nausea and vomiting still
Rants: I really want to buy a doppler to find the heartbeat at home to keep the anxiety at bay. But I talk myself out of it everytime, because I didnt use one last time so i dont know why I feel like i do this time.
Raves: I bought a backyard patio pool for my son, but I totally plan to lounge in to too! It's so hot and humid here already.
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids.
Australia/New Zealand! Its definitely a dream trip, because we'd need to take a month at least to properly see everything. So itll be a long time before we ever do it.

Week/fruit/EDD: 6 weeks, ladybug, 12/30 FTM, etc: second time
Appointments: May 21
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): will find out
Symptoms: Ugh. The ever-present nausea has appeared, fatigue, increased anxiety. My sleep is still disturbed but I am sleeping a little better than I was last week.
Rants: I'm still waiting on the results of my blood draw from Friday; I don't understand why it's taking so long.
Raves: We booked a beach trip that begins three months from today! Now I will begin a countdown to August.
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids.
I've been trying to talk Mh into going back to Puerto Rico. We went right after we got engaged in 2012 and had the best time: perfect weather, delicious food, lots of history and culture. It was the trip of a lifetime. I also dream of going to Iceland. With M, I'm really excited about our beach trip. Last year we started a little family beach trip tradition with my mom and brothers; we stayed in the same family beach motel I stayed in as a kid and it was so nostalgic. This year we rented a condo in the same beach town.

Week/fruit/EDD: 5+5, peppercorn, 1/1 FTM, etc: 4TM
Appointments: 5/16 first u/s!
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): green
Symptoms: extreme fatigue hit me last week, but other than that, nada.
Rants: time is dragging on and this is a very busy time for H at work. I’m solo a bunch, which makes this tired thing harder.
Raves: I had an episode of spotting last week and had another beta drawn. It was 3,343 which made a doubling time of 30ish hours.
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids. I love our kids, but I think a dream trip would have to be to a tropical location/beach and I can’t relax with them around water, so they’d have to stay home!

Week/fruit/EDD: 7w1d FTM, etc: 3tm
Appointments: Wednesday is our last appointment with our RE
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out asap!
Symptoms: so freaking tired and cannot keep my eyes open, also looking very pregnant despite baby's tiny size
Dream trip: so tired it's hard to imagine this right now! I would love to do a month at the beach with unlimited money for dinners out and fancy beach picnics. Ideally, there would be a little day camp for the kids and a spa nearby.

Week/fruit/EDD: 10 weeks, lego man, 12/3 FTM, etc: 3rd
Appointments: ultrasound on 15th, 12 week appt on 23rd.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out?
Symptoms: nausea, nausea, nausea
Rants: My OB is going by my last period for my EDD (but I KNOW I ovulated a week late and the first ultrasound measured exactly in line with my ovulation), so they scheduled my NT scan at when I’ll be 11 weeks rather than 12. I’m wondering if when I go in on the 15th, they’ll tell me I’m a week behind and make me reschedule for my real 12th week? They stressed that the NT was “time-sensitive” to the 12th week. IDK, maybe I’m over-thinking it.
Raves: My boobs look amazing. And maybe I get an extra ultrasound?
GTKY: What is your dream trip? With or without kids.
Oh without kids for sure, I’d travel Europe. One of my best friends lives in the Netherlands and I’d love to go visit her and have her be my guide.

sundog I think there is a range for the NT scan so you may be okay. I don’t know the starting point but it has to be by 13w6d because mine was done at 13w3d

I don’t know the starting point but it has to be by 13w6d because mine was done at 13w3d I figured there’s a range, so that’s helpful. We’ll see how it goes next week! I just did not have it in me to argue with the scheduler about my dates.

The delay was due to a nurse practitioner who STILL has not signed off on my beta results; they were returned from the lab Saturday morning. Anyway, a nurse looked at the numbers and they've risen to 6,909. The internet tells me doubling time of 42 hours - that's good, right? Also, in my favor, a scheduling mix up means my appointment was moved up! I'll go in on Wednesday next week, instead of Tuesday the following week. The new date also means Mh can come with me.

Baby is good! Heat rate of 172. My doctor put in an order for a no charge US at my next appointment so we can find out if it's a boy or a girl! 4 more weeks.

***Lurking*** sarahh I felt exactly the same way after every appointment. I would feel better about everything for a day and then go back to being constantly stressed. Honestly it didn't get better for me until I could feel baby consistently (around 25 weeks since I have an anterior placenta again) and even now at almost 33 weeks I still live in the mindset of hope for the best, expect the worst. PGAL sucks.
