For the purposes of this check-in, we will define extended breastfeeding as breastfeeding beyond 1 year. Questions are repeated and suggestions are welcome. 1. How old is your LO? 2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? 3. Does your LO nurse to sleep? If not, what is their bedtime routine like? 4. Which benefit of extended BFing is most important/relevant to you right now? Pregnant & BFing/Tandem Nursing Moms: How are you doing? Any current challenges (issues with supply, pain, aversion)? Questions for other moms? GTKY: What's a beauty or skincare product you can't live without?

1. 3.4 yo 2. 0-2+x 3. No, teeth/bathroom/pjs, books/milk, and then lights out. 4. I'm hoping antibodies and some supplemental nutrition.
GTKY: I've gotten really into the Evan Healy skincare products and RMS beauty products.

1. 19mo 2. 2-4x 3. Nope. We do bath right after dinner, then teeth, pjs, books, bed. 4. Immune help, for sure.
GTKY: Trader Joe's rose toner spray.

1. How old is your LO? Almost 19 months 2. How many times per day does your LO nurse? 2 3. Does your LO nurse to sleep? If not, what is their bedtime routine like? Yes. He nurses to sleep for nap but not bed. He nurses before bed but is rarely asleep when I put him down. 4. Which benefit of extended BFing is most important/relevant to you right now? Immune support for sure.
GTKY: What's a beauty or skincare product you can't live without? Probably mascara 🤷 I don't frequently wear make up but when I do, it's usually just mascara lol.
