I am so exhausted today- like, almost fell asleep driving home from work kind of exhausted. Currently watching Shrek with DD, and I will be going to bed shortly after she does tonight.

danvers I'm so sorry for the last few scary days. I'm so happy to hear that everything is well and that people are taking you seriously.

CoachTsWife I don't football so it took me way to long that your H coaches football and doesn't just watch it on Sunday's 😂 I should have put that in the pregnancy brain thread. danvers That's no fun, I'm glad everything worked out.

parma986 Like is for Shrek with DD. I hope you get lots of sleep tonight! danvers Glad to hear the baby is okay, but that sounds like a scary experience! At least your doctors are being proactive and keeping tabs on it. Fingers crossed for more movement in the future!

danvers, glad everything turned out well too! I would've been freaking out. Even though they tell you no need to monitor kick cts until the start of 28 wks, my OB did say if you are already feeling movement to call if you don't feel anything for 24 hrs.

Add me in your tired club. I felt like I got hit by a freight train today and I've been sitting on my ass! I'll blame it on the crappy sleep the last few new nights. I actually took a 1hr nap, first time ever this pregnancy! After DS went down for his this afternoon. I still feel tired 😤

cythe, 😂😂 good one! I did the same once where I thought DH had parked at "our" usual spot and I wasn't even pregnant! Except there wasn't anyone in the car and I kept on yanking at the door handle. I didn't even realize he wasn't in it until I heard him honking and calling out a couple of spaces away. 😯 Oops!

We bought a new van this weekend and today I took it out on an inaugural field trip to the zoo (we didn't drive it before today really because we were getting insurance and registration sorted out). It is cloudy and looks like it could rain any minute. Oh well, DD and I had a fun morning and are just eating a picnic before heading home anyways Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk What kind of van did you get? This is on our "maybe wish list" and one of the big reasons DH taught summer school so the money would be there possibly if we decide to... A Dodge Grand Caravan! It has pretty much all the bells and whistles except keyless entry and the auto rear hatch lift/close, but we got it for an insane deal (a cancelled fleet so it was literally driven between dealerships and that was it. Still had plastic wrap on mirrors and stuff). We wanted one where all the seats can stow and go since we eventually want three kids and everyone we talked to said it was easiest to remove one captains chair and have 2 in the back. That way we can load everyone from one side into the van and then get in easily to buckle everyone. For now we will either use both captains chairs or one in the captains chair and one in the back. Leaning towards option 2 for again being able to load from one side, especially since our garage is tight for a van.

, So we've had this plan to get DS into a big boy room with a big boy bed this summer so that DS2 can have the nursery. We wanted to attempt this transition well in advance of football starting and DH going back to school (also WELL in advance of new baby brother arriving). We purchased a bed, DH got his new room cleared out last week, I got it painted, and I have some curtains in my target cart. New twin sheets have been washed and the new mattress was just delivered. This is getting so real - my baby isn't a baby anymore and I'm going to have another baby soon and I'm just a puddle of emotions at my desk today. I feel the same way way about getting DDs big girl room ready. We're going to transition her after a short vacation this weekend. I totally considered her a toddler (maybe even still my baby) but she's almost completely potty trained and going to sleep in a big girl bed! Has your DS slept in a big bed at all yet? I'm worried about the transition but want to give us plenty of time before October to get DD situated. He hadn't slept in a big bed....until last night. I'd planned to ease him into the transition with weekend naps, then night time. DH wanted to go all in last night. And that's what happened. I slept terrible because I was so worried about him waking up scared in new surroundings. DS, on the other hand, slept great.

Lol, yeah, he's a coach. He works insanely long hours August - October and I'm a bit of a solo parent during that time. We had great timing with this baby, let me tell ya.....! At least we will get through most of the season (hopefully) before this baby arrives. I'll just be in all my third tri glory with a toddler muddling my way through the season.
