How old is LO?
How often does LO nap during the day and for how long? How many wakeups are they doing at night? Do you feed during every wakeup regardless?
Do you have a sleep schedule going yet? If so, what is it?
Bedtime routine? Do you do the same for naps and night time bedtime? Do you do anything at all?
Do naps and bedtime happen in the same place? (Crib, pnp, being held, etc?)
I'm working on getting H on more of a consistent schedule and curious what you all are doing too! If you have questions of your own feel free to put them here to discuss too.

How old is LO? 7.5 weeks
How often does LO nap during the day and for how long? -So far we have a decent (1.5-2 hour) morning nap and afternoon nap, but nothing consistent after 4ish. Maybe short cat naps in the bouncer.
How many wakeups are they doing at night? Do you feed during every wakeup regardless? -2-3 usually. We put him down between 9:30-10pm, he wakes up between 1-2am and 4-5am usually, but then again around 6:30am with crazy gas. I do nurse him each time he wakes up since it's been a few hours, and that gets him back to sleep the fastest.
Do you have a sleep schedule going yet? If so, what is it? -I didn't until this week. Now I'm trying to put him down, swaddled and in the cradle, around 10am and ~1:30pm. He naps for 1.5-2 hours each time. But then I haven't done anything consistently after those, I'm almost afraid to let him have a solid nap like that later in the day (5ish) and have it mess with over night sleep. But being awake from 4-10 is too much too, obviously, so he ends up with cat naps (30min-1hr) in that chunk.
Bedtime routine? Do you do the same for naps and night time bedtime? Do you do anything at all? -We don't really have a routine other than he nurses around 8pm, is awake until 9/9:30 when I nurse him again and then he gets swaddled and put down in the cradle. He usually falls right to sleep.
Do naps and bedtime happen in the same place? (Crib, pnp, being held, etc?) -Yes, for the two scheduled naps. As I mentioned he just dozes off in the bouncer in the evenings.
*Does your LO take a solid nap later in the day, like after 4pm? If so, do you think it affects their night time wake ups or bedtime?

*Does your LO take a solid nap later in the day, like after 4pm? If so, do you think it affects their night time wake ups or bedtime? Yep, The boys go down around 5:45/6 pm for their last nap. Our daughter took a nap starting then until we dropped it at 9 months. It's the fall asleep in the car after daycare nap, and they transfer well. This also gets us to the point where they wake up around 7 when H gets home, so he gets to spend non cranky time with them. Right now, they are 5 weeks, and they go down for "bed" around 8:30. We start putting 2 year old down then, and then L goes in the Snoo upstairs in the boy room. J either lies on our chest or goes in sleepsack in the PnP in living room. Both get a last bottle between 10/10:30- J because he wakes up as we carry him upstairs, L if he is moving around. They sleep til between 1:30-3 when they wake up for a bottle, then up again between 5:45 and 6:30. I'm okay with this because we have daycare dropoff between 7 and 7:15 in three weeks. Naps are generally in pack n play on weekends, in a sleep sack. During the week I try to get them to get at least one nap in the crib. However, there are no curtains hung yet, so it's really bright there.

I have no answers for these questions because mine is only 8 days old, but I love this thread and will be following for everyone else’s experiences.
I will say that we got DD on a schedule relatively easily by about 8 weeks. I’m confused about the logistics of trying to put 2 to bed around the same time so if anyone has any advice for that for when he’s old enough, do share!

MH and I plan to divide and conquer when H is older. He does bedtime with E now anyways so I'll probably take over with H. Bath together, brush teeth, then to their own rooms.

How old is LO? 7 weeks on Monday
How often does LO nap during the day and for how long? I will post a typical day below.
How many wakeups are they doing at night? See below.
Do you feed during every wakeup regardless? Yes, I feel like mine are still hungry at this age with breastmilk, which I think digests quicker?
Do you have a sleep schedule going yet? If so, what is it? Daily schedule below. This still varies a lot but this is typical:
Wakeup and feed right at 8 am when DD and H leave.
Morning nap: maybe 9 or 9:30 until 10:30 ish. Play until 11 am feed
Lunch nap 11:30 or 12 until 2 or so.
Feed around 2:30-3
Nap until 4:30, then play until DD gets home around 5 or so. Usually we are feeding when they arrive home until 5:30/6 pm.
Then they go down for last nap while we eat dinner.
Last feed and bedtime around 7:30/8.
They are usually up around midnight, 3 am, and 5:30/6am.
Bedtime routine? Feed, swaddle, low lights. Do you do the same for naps and night time bedtime? Yep pretty much unless it's a stroller or car nap. Do you do anything at all?
Do naps and bedtime happen in the same place? (Crib, pnp, being held, etc?) PNPs in our bedroom, sometimes if one fusses I'll hold/snuggle during nap.

I guess my goal next week is to try and be more to a schedule. I have been trying hard to not keep him up too long. It's harder then with DD since we have to go out and do preschool drop off and dance class etc. I need to pull out my happy sleep habits happy child book.

I failed at this with my daughter and I am determined to do better this time. Now that we are 3 weeks out from my due date/8 actual weeks old I am going to focus on this this week. I will report back after my first attempt tomorrow.

How old is LO? 7.5 weeks
How often does LO nap during the day and for how long? Usually a few shorter 45 minute to 1 hour naps and one longer 3-4 hour nap
How many wakeups are they doing at night? Do you feed during every wakeup regardless? We have 2 wake ups usually. 1 and 4. But last night was 230 and 530 at which he was up for the day.
Do you have a sleep schedule going yet? If so, what is it? No real schedule.
Bedtime routine? Do you do the same for naps and night time bedtime? Do you do anything at all? We dont do anything specific.
Do naps and bedtime happen in the same place? (Crib, pnp, being held, etc?) Naps are wherever they happen. Sometimes the car while toting big brothers around, the swing, being held, or the cosleeper. He goes into his cosleeper awake at bedtime and falls asleep on his own (he some sort of unicorn baby who likes to be alone)
As a general rule we dont do schedules much. We just kind of go with the flow. My big kids are very adaptable and I'm hoping T will be too.

How old is LO?
5 weeks old tomorrow
How often does LO nap during the day and for how long?
She typically takes 3 - 3 hour naps throughout the day/evening
How many wakeups are they doing at night?
2-3 wake ups at night
Do you feed during every wakeup regardless?
Yes
Do you have a sleep schedule going yet? If so, what is it?
No schedule yet. I need to figure out how to get her on a schedule. She will go to daycare 7 weeks from tomorrow
Bedtime routine? Do you do the same for naps and night time bedtime? Do you do anything at all?
I feed her, change her diaper, swaddle her, and then H or I rock her to sleep
Do naps and bedtime happen in the same place? (Crib, pnp, being held, etc?)
No. Naps are in the PNP downstairs. Sometimes we will hold her to nap. Bedtime is in the cradle upstairs in our bedroom. We need to start transitioning her to her crib in her nursery across from our room.
She has not been napping well the last few days. I will feed her and change her before rocking her to sleep for her nap. About 20-30 min later (sometimes up to an hour), she will pee or poop and then wake up. We change her and rock her back to sleep, but that takes about 30 min. She’s not napping in solid time chunks. Is there anything I can do to help her sleep in solid blocks?

orangehibiscus do you swaddle for naps too? I'd do that. And maybe wait 20-30, minutes after she eats to put her down if she usually poops then, then she won't wake up but just go to sleep a little later?

She basically won’t sleep unless she is swaddled. It seems that the only exception to that is if she is sleeping on one of us. I kept her up for an extra 20 minutes this morning before changing her and putting her down for a nap. She slept for about 30-45 min and then peed. I had just gotten done changing that diaper, and she pooped. I changed her again, and then she went back to sleep for about an hour and then was hungry. I’ll try again to keep her awake longer and see what that does.

At 10 days old, is it bad that she’s still being held for most naps? At what point do I need to work on getting her down for a nap?
I swaddle at night, but she just totally freaks in the swaddle during the day, so it has just been easier to hold her.

My kid and I both have a cold. The best naps I've gotten from him the past two days are when he's in the wrap. Good for him but not for me. This momma needs some rest too.
I think rather then stressing about getting him on a specific schedule I'm just going to get whatever sleep we can right now and try again next week.

My baby is now 8.5 weeks actual and 3.5 weeks from my due date. My pediatrician told me today that I can sleep train now if I want to, "if I'm into that sort of thing". He's very touchy feely hippie ish and he told me he doesn't believe in teaching self soothing until past 6 months.
I look at these rigid moms on the Facebook sleep training groups and I'm partially jealous because it looks so convenient to have baby all dialed in on a schedule but then my instinct is to just pick up and soothe a screaming baby. But then when my 3 year old does nonstop bedtime shenanigans I know that is games that has to be ignored and she will cry. So...when does the manipulation begin...I guess that's when I should sleep train...
I think the fact that this is my last baby I'm more inclined to just go snuggle him if he wants mama.
My one goal for sure to shape the naps he does take to be off my body and in the crib.
I don't know, I'm just musing. And I hold no judgement for the way anyone chooses to manage sleep and their family needs.

Yeah I'm not ready to sleep train yet, just trying to get him moved to more structured naps in the crib/etc not in my arms or the bouncer. So far the past week has been pretty successful, most days he'll nap in the room for an hour or two a few times a day, but then like today he wasn't into it so we're just rolling with it.
I don't really remember having a schedule with E until she was older and down to one nap really, but with two kids I was needing a little more structure haha.

LO does most naps on me right now. When should I be pushing naps solo? She’s 3 weeks right now.
She does sleep swaddled in the crib at night just fine, but naps are verrry short on her own.

Our pediatrician brought up sleep training but said more like 4 to 6 months. One thing I am doing now (out of necessity sometimes because twins) is letting them wiggle/grunt/etc. more than I did with DD. Not more than a minute or two, and if they actually cry I go to them. I also try to put them down drowsy if they don't drift off with a bottle, but that's a work in progress and I'd say only 10% of the time results in a sleeping baby!
I held DD and nursed her to sleep, and did all the "wrong" things. She did want us to stay in her room until she fell asleep for a long time. Now at age 4.5 we can do our routine and (usually) leave without shenanigans. So I think it all works out eventually and just depends on what you are willing to put up with.
I was going to write more but haven't had coffee yet and forgot what I was going to say, lol.

Eames I have been letting C grunt and wiggle more than DD too. He usually ends up back to sleep in a minute or less but sometimes I feel like he is grunting every 5 minutes. Do all babies grunt so much? I think DD did too. He is getting put down a lot more than DD too. Just out of necessity. I’m hoping it helps with this sleep because it took us about 2 years to get DD going to sleep in her own and sleeping through the night most of the time.

H gets so gassy at night, there is so much grunting. I leave him be unless he starts to actually fuss or cry. I'd be holding him all night if I got him every time he grunted, I don't remember E being grunty hardly at all.

pambee N is also super grunty at night. I pick her up and burp her on occasion so she’ll settle back down, but it definitely keeps me awake all night. I wish my H wasn’t such a hard sleeer so I could put him on baby duty for a night.

I wish my H wasn’t such a hard sleeer so I could put him on baby duty for a night. That's the worst part, he WILL NOT burp at night. Seriously maybe 10% of the time and I don't know why. During the day (even if he's swaddled just like at night) he has no problems. We get more gas out at night by cycling his legs after feeds but I think he just has to grow out of it. MH also sleeps through it... Until I shake him to wake him up because I am not the only one dealing with that 😂

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a grunty baby. He does it a lot in the early morning hours like 3-6. He will cry out like once, enough to wake me up and then go back to sleep.
Also DH sleeps through everything. I was using he nose frida last night on a screaming baby and DH kept snoring. 🙄

Another one with a super grunty baby. She’s seriously so noisy I had to move her to her own room so that all her little noises didn’t wake me up.

Last night was bad. They'd sleep for an hour, grunt for an hour, then wake up. I told my H if it happens again we are sleeping in the guest room. We'd still hear cries but hopefully not grunts.

I also have a very noisy baby. I’m having her nap in her crib starting yesterday to get her used to it. We will have her sleep in there at night in a few days probably. It will be super weird not having her in our room though.

Another rough night here too. Our room is on a different floor from the nursery, so I’m not going to be ready to move her for awhile. Also need to figure out a monitor situation.
I just want to sleep more than an hour at a time 😭

Tough sleep over here, too. M doesn’t like to nap anywhere besides on top of me, and he wiggles half out of all of his swaddles. I just bought a cosleeper basket thing to go between myself and H in bed to see if that’ll help. I’m so tired 😭
