Week/Fruit/EDD: 12 (or 13 based on today’s ultrasound), apricot (or jalapeño), oct 20-something
FTM, Etc: TTM
Appointments: ultrasound this morning. They measured baby at 13 weeks when my best guess was 12+1 today. I’m not sure if my midwife will change my due date or not. Based on when we dtd the earliest due date would be oct 21, latest oct 29. So who knows. I don’t see my midwife again until May 9. I also had all my lab work (blood and urine) done this morning
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): green
Milestones: Finally made it to my first ultrasound and saw a heart beat (169).
Symptoms: still tired, hopefully that will improve in the next couple weeks like with my other kids. Sore boobs but not unbearable
Rants: the wait at the blood lab was insane, I ended up being 10 minutes late for DS’s immunizations, oops. The lab closest to my house is absolutely terrible for super long wait times and never having appointments available, it’s the worst
Raves: baby has a heart beat!!!! And was bouncing around and waving its little hand
GTKY: What was your dream job as a kid? Did you become that person? I wanted to be a doctor. Then I took 1 university physics class, realized I hated it and looked into other options. I’m an early intervention speech pathologist, so still in the general medical-ish field but not a doctor

Symptoms: Tired, hungry a lot but also dealing with indigestion, some nausea.
Rants: I guess I need to work on eating more frequently throughout the day because this indigestion is getting crazy. Thank goodness for Tums!
Raves: NBR but we have a cash offer on our house and haven't even listed yet! It's still unofficial as it was just offered by one of my husband's top clients today but assuming all goes well, that will be amazing. I hate having to show houses these days.
GTKY: What was your dream job as a kid? Did you become that person? I really wanted to be a sea lion/whale/dolphin/whatever trainer at an aquarium. It just seemed like the coolest thing ever. I didn't become that but I did end up spending 4 years working at an aquarium (albeit, with no mammals) but it was still pretty awesome!

Milestones: I think I feel movement here and there. Mostly at night when I'm laying flat.

GTKY: What was your dream job as a kid? Did you become that person? I actually don't recall ever wanting to be something. Is that weird? In high school I decided that I like math and computers so I would be an engineer like my dad. I'm doing that now but see rant above lol.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 11 Weeks
FTM, Etc: STM
Appointments: Yesterday! It went well, I finally got in with the doctor that will actually deliver me, so it was nice to see her. BUT then they came in to draw blood for the NIPT, and it was a disaster. I have extremely tricky veins, and after three nurses sticking me six times they could barely collect any blood. I drank a TON of water in preparation for the appointment because I know how bad my veins are, so that wasn't the problem. They are having me come back in Thursday morning to try again but now I'm worried we won't be able to get the test done and I'm super bummed.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): was hoping to find out with NIPT, But I guess we'll see!
Milestones: almost done with progesterone, hallelujah
Symptoms: still a little nauseous but feeling so much better. Can finally eat more than crackers.
Rants: just that my arms are all bruised and sore!! And I hope the blood draw works tomorrow.
Raves: thankful that I'm feeling a bit more like myself!
GTKY: What was your dream job as a kid? Did you become that person? My dream job was as a zoologist, any I definitely didn't become that. I wonder what my younger self would think about me being a technology consultant, lol.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 15w4d / Cinnamon Roll / Oct 5
FTM, Etc: 2TM
Appointments: Routine OB appointment on Friday, getting second tri bloodwork this weekend
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Green
Milestones:
Symptoms: Still with the horrible gag reflex. Sleeping better with my pregnancy pillow. Every now and then my appetite is gone or off.
Rants: Having to pee every hour already.
Raves: Yay energy! Kinda popped but isn't obvious to anyone else yet. I looked at my bump photos with #1 and I am looking about 4 weeks ahead of where I was with her.
GTKY: What was your dream job as a kid? Did you become that person? I didn't really have a dream job. I was odd that way. In middle school I liked the idea of astronaut, then realized most are Air Force pilots, then looked into that and realized my odds were not good being short, a woman, with bad eyesight.
