What kind did you get? I would love to get one for my kid someday and don’t want to spend a lot but also don’t want something that’s super crappy. I’ve also thought about getting a starter ukulele instead. The kid Kraft from Target. It was $15. It’s totally fine. The only complaints were from legit musicians (which we are not). The ukelale we looked at was like $60. It’s still not cheap to get a good one. The one she got for lessons was $150, but came with a bunch of accessories, including an electronic tuner (since neither of us play any instruments or are musically inclined). Does she take lessons with a full size one? That’s very cool that she is learning to play! I think my nephew got the Kid Kraft one for Christmas so maybe we’ll check that out. My H is not like a legit musician but he does play a lot for fun so I think he will be kind of picky. |

I’m starting the party by having a couple drinks and then going to bed early because I’m fucking exhausted. But tomorrow, party time (ok, probably not party time, but I’ll at least start binging something on Netflix).

We have a really busy afternoon tomorrow. My dad turns 60 on the 16th and my mom planned a surprise party tomorrow afternoon. It should be fun and C will be held by other people the whole time.
We're heading over around noon though and we won't be home until probably 7 so a long day.

I didn’t think I gave a fuck about “appropriateness” of kids clothing but I’ve found my line and it’s an outfit Kim ZB’s youngest was wearing in this episode of Don’t Be Tardy.

The baby has gotten sick twice tonight. I'm hoping it's just something she ate and a stomach bug won't be hitting my house.
She's being super clingy tonight and mean to big sister because they both want my attention. D1 is now crying that she doesn't like babies and doesn't want her sister anymore. 🙄

The kids play guitars came today. I made a huge tiny mistake. *DD is actually taking guitar lessons and has a legit Yamaha, but it just causes DS to become a beast she practiced, so I ordered two kidcraft guitars from Target so they could have done practice time or that he can “pracrice” when she does with her good one. H said they tuned pretty good and for $30, I am going to save hours of fighting. I have tequila. Good to know. |

My kid was throwing a tantrum and stomping so hard his pants fell down. He stopped tantruming to tell me his pants fell down and seemed kind of confused by it. 😂

MH left today for a funeral and won’t be back until late Wednesday. I’m looking forward to having the bed to myself but I feel bad that I can’t be there for H, it’s going to be really tough for him
