tgrimes I'm impressed with your ability to stay straight faced. Even when E is being a shit, if she says something funny, I can't help but smile. H and I both do it. Same. M said something this weekend that I can't even recall now but I was trying to scold him for it and A says "that would have been more convincing if you weren't laughing!" |

all that asked. We closed December 2010. Moved in about a month later (there was some structural damage we had to repair and some other stuff that had to be done before moving in). House is 110 years old.
We are still in the house. There are a few things I really wish I could change in it, and we talk about moving sometimes but now that S is starting elementary school, I wouldn't want to move schools so it would need to be within a very small area in order for us to consider it. MH only wants an older home.

Here are 2. The first is from when we first moved in and the second is from our engagement photos. We have since fixed the steps and taken out the middle railing, and painted the house grey with cream trim with a brick red door

I'm obviously catching up lol. Internet goes in tomorrow. Thank the lord. My dad and I got into this morning, which ended with me crying. Hello hormones. I found out alot of awful stuff about the driver we're always having issues with. He totally blew me off and acted like it was no big deal. I'm tired of putting out this guys fires all the damn time and want him gone. We just hired 2 more so we dont need him. And this incident included a police report... I'm trying to get that report so I can show him that we have a serious issue but idk if he'll ever see the light on this guy.

I am not killing it at work today, I need to be productive tomorrow. I did email our daycare that we are on the waitlist for to see if I could get a read on if we may get a spot, or if I need to get us on some other waitlists, and she responded immediately that she has us starting in January🙌!
Oh and not sure I mentioned but my poor 3 year old nephew broke his other leg in the exact same spot. Tripped over a little car at daycare or something bananas. The doctor claims it's just a coincidence, but it makes me anxious something is up. Another crazy both leg cast for 5-6 weeks. We are offering mh to go up for a week to help with coverage, since I am the driver for our kids. My SIL offered to drive my FIL to he airport to help...she has no kids. 🙄🙄🙄

It was pretty in the darker scheme jewels but I do love the grey/cream combo with that pop on the door! SO much character and charm. |

I didn’t live the darker colors. It felt like too much or something. I’m much happier w it now. When we moved in it was wall to wall shag carpeting, awful wallpaper and terrible home made built ins everywhere. We’ve done a ton of work to bring it up to date while also trying to maintain the feel of the era of the house

jewels that house has a lot of great character. Someday I’d like to move in to a cool old house. I got a call at 5:50 asking me to fill in for my coworker who called in sick. I had to be here at 6:30, and was in the middle of cooking supper. Luckily DH was home from work so I abandoned ship and got to work on time. I had things I was planning to do tonight, but it’s fine I’ll take the money instead. We ended up not going to the zoo, instead we just went to the park.
