klong11 you were using HelloFresh, right? tgrimes did you also, for a time? I’m looking it over now thinking it might be a good convenience for the next few months, bu their veggie plan meals are kind of underwhelming. The guy that owns our pool company is vegan. He was telling me how much he loves purple carrot. Worth checking out! Ive heard good things about sun basket, too. I liked Purple Carrot, but felt the calorie counts were fairly high.

cagoldi different country (different continent even!) but we did hello fresh for a little while. I liked it for convenience & new ideas, but felt like I was eating a lot of the same kind off things after a while. I mean you can change the pasta shape, but it is still pasta. One of my friends is vegetarian and had good experiences with Marley spoon.

I like it, for the convenience and I thought the meals were good. But I felt like they rotated the same meals too regularly so there wasn't enough options. Also for my simple meat and potato guy, he didn't enjoy the change like I did. I think it's worth a try, especially if you get a discount code for your first few boxes. You can turn it off weekly or for however long you want and cancel at any time. Thank you. Maybe I’ll just try the family plan and keep making my own separate stuff like I have been anyway. I was just hoping for a little more...inspiration? I feel like a lot of the veggie stuff I am seeing is a little different spin on what I make already.

Morning! Just work today. I have to go to the gym at lunch...we went to Olive Garden for dinner last night and I had their giant meatball. I only ate about 1/3 of it, and brought the rest for lunch. I brought my list of stuff to take to round up Friday. One of the requirements is a current physical form. So I'm dumb, is this different than the annual check up they get? I'm assuming if so, I can get them a copy before school starts, I don't need to try to rush her to the doctor before Friday AM? Our school requires a physical within the year prior to kindergarten. They also have a specific school form that they need that lists all of his shots and what not. I didn't need to bring him in, just called the Dr and picked it up.

Etiquette question:
My communication with our cleaning lady has been solely via text. I first reached out to her and hired her through texting. I very rarely see her unless I have to stop at the house while she’s there.
I have to let her go now that I’ll be staying home. We’re giving her a month notice, so 2 more cleanings. Is it inappropriate to text her or should I call?

We’ve been trying to get dinner on the table earlier and just couldn’t do it with hello fresh. I loved their recipes and everything was good. I never looked at their veggie plan though. My in laws still use it.

slenle when I was pregnant, my ObGyn told me taking Colace for constipation was okay, it's gentle. Don't take it all the time, but it's okay for occasional use. It was a lifesaver! Thanks for the tip. I’ll have to get some to keep on hand. I take miralax every other day, fiber gummies, prunes, etc. finally drank some “smooth move” tea last night which did the trick. tallb , yep, I take gummy prenatals. I’ve avoided iron for this reason, but now I’m borderline anemic. Just can’t win! www.patchmd.com get iron patches. It is what I use because I get backed up on the pills and anemic without. It needs to be on for 8 hours so you can slap it on before you go to bed. They are small. I do that and a multi patch daily. If you end up buying make sure to google for coupon codes first. There's always something.

Let her know she can use you as a reference and that if the situation changes, you will contact her. I think text would be hard to get the feeling across, that it isn't something she did, as just a change to your situation.

cagoldi are there any local options? I know there are a few in my hometown that have come up recently and their big thing is that they cater to vegetarians/vegans, gluten-free, Paleo, etc. Some deliver prepared meals where all you have to do is heat, and others are more of the pre-portioned-ingredients-to-cook-yourself route. Just a thought. Speaking of meal delivery, this blog I follow intermittently was repping one called "Moink" today : insert eyeroll emoji here: Possibly the dumbest name I have ever seen (if you're thinking, that looks like a combo of moo + oink, you would be correct).

slenle I would also call. I hate the phone, but if you won't see her in person, I think that is the next best thing so she can hear tone, etc.

MH thought he left his credit card at the beach house so I took the little boys to get it and then to the aquarium down there. Unfortunately, the card was not there so now it’s been missing since Sunday. We did have a lot of fun though, aquarium, pizza, and ice cream. Tonight I have a PTO meeting (which I will go to) and DD has gymnastics. H has a work dinner so it will be a late night juggling everyone else.

So I don't feel like hopping over to the celebrity/royal page, but did Will cheat on Kate?? I'm team Kate if he did, who does he think he is? the king of England? (oh wait..almost)🧐😡 And M&H have an IG page.. I'm sure vino is thrilled, ha😉. I think they are cute. I saw that on Yahoo this week :/ It was a very, very thirdhand account though, so I'm skeptical. Other people have since come out and said the stories about a falling-out b/n the two couples (Will + Kate plus their friends, the wife being the one he supposedly cheated with) are not accurate. I like to think Will wouldn't do that, after seeing what his wayward father put Diana through. I'd like to think that as well.. must really suck to be scrutinized all the time. I follow an IG acct (eholmes) that reviews their fashion choices and it's exhausting how knit picky they can be, even as big fans. I'm not sure I have the energy or phone battery to get into the royal thread on GD.

Hi! Busy weekend away and now busy week working. We are moving offices so my work life is in disarray as I try and get settled and re-organized. Leaving tomorrow night to head to GA for a wedding this weekend. I desperately want a weekend home to myself! Next week we are going to STL for appts and it’s crammed full of things to do each day there so life is just suuupppeer busy right now.

Hi all. It's been a long day - Chase was screaming angry at bedtime last night and after he finally calmed down, Colin was up and crying in his sleep on and off for almost an hour. Work has been SO MUCH that being exhausted just isn't going to cut it. Then I had to leave mid-afternoon to stop by the clinic. Apparently the sinus issues that caused the tonsillitis on my left side not even 2 weeks ago never went away. So now I have tonsillitis and an ear infection on my right side. Also holy shit, ear infections are the worst! I feel like someone is stabbing me in the side of my head.
Then Colin was sent home from daycare with 102.6 fever and he has the flu! He's on Tamiflu and so are DH and Chase, just as a precaution. Given everything I'm on, the pediatrician didn't think I'd need it.
So yeah, super fun. I head to Calgary on Sunday so hopefully everyone is in better shape by then. Otherwise, poor DH!

I made chicken piccata for dinner with asparagus and cheddar biscuits. The kids scarfed the chicken and asparagus so I call it a win. Those weirdos didn’t love the cheddar biscuits... oh well, more for me!

peachsmama pls come hang out growth chart! I am terrified of not getting the height correct since and it just leans against the wall not getting used... I made ours so A had to attach a bracket to the back of it. Then he measured from the bracket to the bottom. Added 6 inches since that's where it starts and put the nail that high on the wall. I used a command strip thing to stabilize the bottom so it wouldn't sway from the wind since it's close to the front door. You can do it!
