Good luck if today is the day, slenle. Would you be leaving immediately or starting in a couple of weeks or months? Hopefully not immediately. I’m open to 2 weeks to a month. I don’t want to leave them high and dry, and want to leave on a good note... being in a small town and practically neighbors with my boss, I have to tread carefully. Haha |

On my way in this morning I saw someone doing the walk of shame; smudged make up, wonky hair and last nights clothes. I giggled, gave a little smirk and nod.

peachsmama, glad they are in better spirits this morning but poor little dude with the ear infections. I hope it clears up soon. cagoldi, what a sweet little guy. (: Good luck with whatever you decide slenle! lfig, fun! I hope it works out. When I was in a medical flight school we were going to ride blackhawks but due to last minute changes we got stuck with chinooks--basically big giant buses in the sky. Ha! It was still a lot of fun though.

Only 2 days until vacation! I've been good on keeping up on everything at work and home so I shouldn't have a mess to return to.

At our company meeting, boss was very upbeat about things so it makes it even harder. I really wish I could have a drink tonight! |

Kind of hectic morning. I remembered it was picture day once I woke up, so I had to figure out what M was going to wear and knew we would be late to school, but apparently I was in the majority. A lot of kids showed up late because of picture day, so I don’t feel too bad.
I forgot my workout clothes, so not sure about the gym this afternoon. I did get some good news from someone I sent my resume to. He talked to someone he sent it to and they may have something part time coming up soon, so I’m hoping to hear from them on the next month. Knowing I have a potential job coming my way for my new city has me hopeful. I really hope this pans out.

Morning! I'm at work. So far I've ordered the kids national geographic magazines to put in their Easter baskets (hopefully the first one comes in time) and e-mailed my sister. So, pretty productive. Great idea! Josie fell in love with the Ranger Rick magazines when we were waiting at the school the other day. Maybe I’ll look into a subscription. MIL got that one for S for Christmas and SIL got her the zootles one. Both girls love looking at them. |

Double Jeopardy is on Prime Video now so I watched it the other day because it is a cinematic masterpiece. MH kept making fun of it, but even though I fell asleep about halfway through he finished watching it.

It’s done! And my heart rate is finally coming back down. Haha. It went really well. It was a really great conversation. Tentative plan is to work through April. He offered to work something out to possibly pay me double to stick it out through September... we’ll see. Seems like that could get complicated.
I’m glad that’s over! And I didn’t even need to use the tissue I brought with. Way to control yourself, hormones.

Morning! H had school, MIL took S to the library and I switched S’s clothes over to 3t. I have a love/ hate relationship with the transition. I am sad my baby is growing up, but some of the outfits bring back such good memories. It’s supposed to get to almost 70 here today and I am so pumped. I think we will go to the zoo after nap. slenle I’m glad that weight is off your shoulders. |

The test was great. Because he is such an absolute doll, he had his admirers, of course. Dr. Commented that she doesn't think she has ever seen a happier child, which is what we hear about him often. He felt very comfortable with her and I'm confident that they got an accurate assessment because his behaviors were very typical play and interaction for him.
I have no idea which way it will go WRT to diagnosis, but she was very encouraging and said he is very bright, has many strengths, and is already making great progress in therapy even with just one OT visit per week.
He has a 50/50 chance of having ADHD or executive function disorder, but we don't worry about those until later, and they think that he will be able to compensate for his disability very well with the right support.

I’ve been spiraling on carpet, rugs, and trying to find a headboard for the guest bedroom. I feel like I’ve done everything else I can for now, so this is keeping my mind busy. |
