I have a feeling Charles will have Camilla called Queen. I can imagine that after all they've been through to be together, he doesn't want their relationship to play second fiddle to anything. I think they haven't announced it because A) the Queen is still alive and B) they don't want to potentially piss off the general public until they have to. I’m guessing they are trying to curry public favor right now and will decide when the time comes whether they think it will be a favorable reaction. |

As I told you before, this alliterate former actress turned A+ list celebrity was going to have a baby shower no matter what. She couldn't have one in the country where she lives no matter how much she fought for it because they are frowned upon for her status in life, so she traveled thousands of miles for one. I'm sure part of the gifts will be all kinds of drugs for when she can take them after the birth.

Speaking of, I wonder what it’s like for Camilla’s children and grandchildren. They’re more or less normal people (albeit rich and well connected) and her kids grew up out of the public eye before she married Charles but now their mom/grandson is going to be the queen of England one day soon! Must be weird! |

I’m not a fan of the texture and fringe on her outfit but Princess Eugenie looks so happy and pretty in those photos. I’m kind of digging the headband too.
ETA: I wish it was a fun bright color though.

My feelings on Camilla are so complicated. I watched a documentary that softened me towards her because eff not being able to marry the man you love and who loves you because you’re not acceptable since you’ve slept together. He slept his way around London but his wife must be a virgin? Screw that. But then, to cheat with him for YEARS and disrespect two marriages is gross. It was a poorly kept secret and it tortured Diana, who had no idea what she was getting in to. But then, they were each other’s true love and she seems fun.
Ugh. I don’t know. Complicated.

I get the love for Diana. She was the first royal to break boundaries and seem accessible to the people. Hugging HIV positive people, walking through fields of land mines, etc. She brought her kids to school and tried to give them a normal childhood.
For what it’s worth, I don’t think she had the possibility of a loving marriage with Charles and I don’t think anyone expected her to remain loyal to him when he was openly cheating on her 2 years into their marriage.

She says the plastic surgery benefits her three kids because she has more energy for them now...
It always strikes me as odd when people get plastic surgery and then are like "now that I have bigger boobs I can go out more!" or "I'm a better mom because I had liposuction!" Seems you've got some deeper issues there, Susan.
