I’m sorry about the weight gain despite doing everything right, wedding. I had the experience of not being able to lose an ounce when I was on Amitryptiline (sp?). Everything I read at that time said those drugs have a pretty long half life, so that might explain why you still gained a bit right after weaning. Hope you see some progress soon. |

My cousin is scheduled for 1pm for her c section. Everything looks good and they are guessing that baby is 9 pounds! All her others have been under 6.

I'm currently making French toast casserole for dinner (it has to sit in the fridge for several hours) because Bradley has been asking for 'breakfast for dinner'. I hated BfD as a kid but enjoy it now, thankfully the kids seem to, as well! kim22 that's funny about your DS's "sixth sense". Similarly, the other night DH and I were discussing a Disney trip in November to celebrate both kids' birthdays. They were asleep and I am 110% sure they did not hear us. The next day B mentioned his birthday and asked about going on a surprise trip. Whaaaaat? |

The next day B mentioned his birthday and asked about going on a surprise trip. Whaaaaat? My kids both adore breakfast for dinner and we do it a lot when MH is away b/c it's so quick and easy. Although for us it's just frozen waffles and yogurt, and maybe eggs. S has the same weird sense about stuff and it sometimes totally freaks me out. When we were in Florida last month I had found out one of his BFF's was there at the same time, about 20 minutes away from us. There was a GIANT fair there so we made plans to meet up and surprise the kids. When he saw his friend I asked him if he was surprised and he said "No, I knew he was coming" I asked how he knew and he said "The snake that lives in my room whispered it to me when I was going to sleep." So now I am officially terrified of my 5 year old. But really I think I just must have said something when he was within earshot and didn't realize it. |

If M ever mentioned a snake living in her room, I would move immediately. I mean... y'all know we have ghosts. S was always the one most in touch with them. So, maybe? We also have been watching Harry Potter and Harry talks to snakes, so maybe it's from that. |

Groups of items that just want to spread out, settle down and establish a new home somewhere (the chair in our bedroom, on top of the dryer, etc). |

trtlcrzy Happy Birthday to Miss S! Welcome back to the threes 😁 Good Luck today chrisy01! wedding I had that same problem on antidepressants. It's discouraging to say the least. Hopefully, things turn around quickly and you can find something that works without the dude effects. flamingo In the summer the kids only wear a tank top and undies to bed instead of PJs and rarely wear socks. I swear my laundry goes down by more than half. And I don't have to match socks, so it's a win/win 😉

Also morning. I currently in the midst of the nam cold from hell (I’m starting to sound like a man 🤔). I was fun dealing with the kids today. I had a class presentation on ASD planned for today, but luckily that was cancelled. My coworkers laughed their ass of at the way I sounded.

I had an Allman brother patient when I did clinicals in Jax. FFTC: I had never heard of them until that day. I had to google and realized I heard their songs, but didn’t know the artists.

Morning Ladies! I went to a new Costco in a new town. Exciting! They had some different stuff than mine, including Vosges chocolate. My fav!
I survived the cub scout meeting last night. The weather was actually ok and the kids stayed our on the ice. So, I just made some hot chocolate, laid out some snacks and cracked open a bottle of wine with one of the moms. Win!

I mean, I still might go, but only for the company of the friend who is attending, not because I want to see the Doobie Brothers. Said friend is almost my mom’s age so I guess it makes sense. I should ask if he wants to take her instead.
