Week/Fruit/EDD: 9w3d, cherry, 9/27
FTM, Etc: 4thTM
Appointments: Still haven't made one yet, ha. Oops.
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): I keep saying team green but honestly, I'm not even sure yet.
Milestones: Baby is now considered a fetus.
Symptoms: Still have nvp but it seems to be about every other day, exhaustion, crankiness, hungry but I have food aversions, bloating.
Rants: Just ready to be done with first tri. It's too long.
Raves: We told my mom, mil, and fil and everyone is ecstatic. I'm shocked at how excited they all are! I was honestly expecting some "whaaaat..." reactions but it has been a while since a baby was born so maybe they miss that.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I normally love crafting with my silhouette cameo machine and making tumblers but just haven't been in the mood for it lately. I also love hiking and camping. Can't wait to go this summer!

Raves: Looking forward to the dating ultrasound next week, let me peep whatever little thing is making me this sick.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 7w3d/Oct 11
FTM, Etc: 3TM
Appointments: follow-up ultrasound tomorrow at 4
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out all the things around 14 weeks
Milestones: relentness nausea?
Symptoms: nausea that is barely controlled by diclegis, no appetite, bloating, exhausted, crabby, etc. etc.
Rants: I HATE the nausea and I'm supremely annoyed by the OB I saw last week. They made me come in for a follow-up because my BP was high (previously controlled by a basic water pill) and the OB made me feel terrible. He kept pushing me to schedule an appointment after the ultrasound this week "in case I need to process it" - basically implying that it's going to be a loss and I should schedule something just in case, despite having a great HCG draw at 5w5d, seeing an appropriately sized yolk sac and potentially the fetal pole, and having every symptom show up exactly on time as it has in my other 2 pregnancies. THEN THEN THEN he started asking questions about my care last time and why I didn't get the rhogam shot. He didn't freaking read the chart at all, and just assumed that all blood antibodies are caused by lack of rhogam, and that I was irresponsible or refused it. The outcome of my last pregnancy is not a secret because their office treated me last time, and he treated me like I had zero idea what I was heading into.
Raves: still pregnant and my H is helping more at home
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I love reading, and have been trying to get involved in a book club near me. I used to teach indoor colorguard, but life has taken over and I sadly don't have time anymore. With work and parenting a 6 year old, there's not much time for true hobbies anymore sadly.

Week/Fruit/EDD: 7w / wee raspberry / Oct 14th
FTM, Etc: STM
Appointments: March 5th...the countdown is on, and I will not be at ease until I have this appt
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Finding out ASAP
Milestones: My previous pregnancy ended halfway through my 6th week, but my body didn't notice until week 11. I stopped getting symptoms, but I thought it was just symptoms running their course and didn't think anything of it. I was so worried about getting through week 6 and still having symptoms, and I did, so that's my big milestone.
Symptoms: Nausea (but no throwing up, just feeling like I'm going to), sore boobs and 24/7 headlights, tired af, peeing all the time, food aversions
Rants: None right now. Tired of being tired but, as I mentioned above, I am very thankful for my symptoms right now, as annoying as they are.
Raves: Still pregnant and MH has been great about handling the dogs and then bedtime with my son when I inevitably pass out on the couch every night.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? Writing, reading, and working out at Oragetheory

Rants: I've been dealing with a cold for like a month so I finally went to the Dr and they told me it's a sinus infection which is what I expected since I feel like my head is gonna explode. Got some antibiotics so hopefully I start feeling better soon.
Raves: I ran a half marathon yesterday! my husband and I pushed the kids in the stroller. It was a lot of fun and I'm hardly sore today.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? definitely running, reading, baking, traveling, and cooking

Week/object size/EDD: 8w2d / Phone app icon / Oct 5
FTM, Etc: 2TM
Appointments: Not until March
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): Green
Milestones: The nausea has morphed much sooner than before into being nauseous because I need to eat but then nauseous if I eat too much and my body doesn't give me a warning, just "That was too much food, now I'm mad." I'll take it over all-day nausea though!
Symptoms: See above. Bad breakout on my face and back this week. Bloating. Exhausted.
Rants: Struggling to positively handle J's toddlerness while exhausted. During the week I get all the poopy diapers and 🤢
Raves: Going to tell our families this weekend, I think
GTKY: Photography, baking, travel, board games, tennis, reading

Week/Fruit/EDD: 8 weeks; LEGO piece, 10/7
FTM, Etc: 3x
Appointments: March 5 with the OB meet and greet; basically a meet a greet with a speculum
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): green
Milestones: made it to the week where I start taking belly photos...because I feel like I already have a belly.
Symptoms: just a general wave of ickiness; I don’t have food aversions but I feel like I need to eat constantly or my stomach feels queasy. Like last night I had a bagel at 1am. What.
Rants: This is the closest I’ve gotten to morning sickness in a pregnancy and can’t say I’m enjoying it.
Raves: still pregnant! And found a new app called Little Nugget for belly photos.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I used to run and do Zumba but lately I feel like I just mom. Ha.

fikafairy wow, I'm so sorry you were treated that way! I don't understand why some people feel compelled to become doctors when they have no idea how to talk to patients. Bedside manners are so, so important.

Can I join?
I got a good beta result last week after a FET with an untested d5 embryo. My RE only does 1 beta, so that’s all the info I get until my viability u/s.
Week/Fruit/EDD: 5w1d/sesame seed?/ late October
FTM, Etc: FTM
Appointments: viability u/s March 13
Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): green or finding out, haven’t thought that far ahead
Milestones: good betas
Symptoms: nothing that can’t be attributed to the estrace and progesterone I’m on
Rants: PgAL/ PgIF brain has me going nuts, but that’s my own fault.
Raves: I’m just grateful we’ve gotten this far. After 5 1/2 years of IF it doesn’t seem quite real.
GTKY: What are your hobbies? I like reading, playing with my dog, sleeping and working out.

Team (pink, blue, green, finding out): finding out
Milestones: Good ultrasound today, baby measuring on track
Symptoms: some nausea, tired, sore breasts, cranky
Rants: blood pressure was ridiculously high bc I convinced myself something was wrong. Doctor said to take a mini aspirin each day due to the blood pressure (which is usually a little high). Anyone else got this advice?

GTKY: What are your hobbies? Cooking, hiking, would watch TV or relax if the kids would let me

GTKY: What are your hobbies? Being a mom?! Sounds lame but I really don’t have any but between work and parenting I don’t have time/make time for anything else.
