Week/EDD: 24w5d
Baby is the size of: an ear of corn
FTM
Team: 💙
Appointments: glucose tolerance test this morning
Milestones: nothing new this week
Symptoms: apparently I still have some aversion to scents. At game night on Saturday, one of our friends had a Subway sandwich with raw onions and that started making me really nauseous. Also more back pain, ugh.
Rants: woke up this morning with a bloody nose, despite running the humidifier in our room all night. I’ve been getting them once or twice a week lately. I’m not sure what else to try to prevent it
Raves: one of our chickens started laying eggs again! We hadn’t had any eggs since mid November, and it will be really nice to not have to buy eggs anymore once the others start up again too.

lolacachia, the size comparison thing is so weird, different apps seem to have totally different ideas of size! I just noticed since we both have ear of corn, but we’re two weeks apart.

And Ovia has 4 options you can choose from for size comparisons and half the time they don't even seem to match each other.

Week/EDD: 26w 2d
Baby is the size of: Butternut squash
FTM, Etc: STM
Team: Blue
Appointments: March 5th (Glucose test too)
Milestones: IDK
Symptoms: This kid moves around A LOT. And likes to kick me in the cervix if my bladder is too full, and every time I stand up I have to pee.
Rants: This morning I was awoken by a loogie that slid down my throat just enough and get stuck, so I was stuck between gagging to almost puking and trying to work it out of there. Happens about once a day. Pregnancy is glorious. The extra boogers this time around has been crazy, and really annoying.
Raves: The weather has been bad the last week so DH has been home a lot. He's a little grumpy because he wants to get to work, but it's been like 10 degrees and snowing, so he really can't do anything. We don't calve until April, but everyone else is calving and we're just sitting around all day, it's weird, but kind of nice.

bonzo, I get bloody noses every winter and spring really bad, and it's been worse being pregnant too. I wish I had something to help, but I haven't found anything that works yet lolacachia, I've got two aussies in the house so I feel ya. I sent them out to be bathed and blown out because I can't deal with it and that seemed to help. I don't know why they're blowing their coats in February, ugh.

I have my GTT before my appointment Milestones: getting close to 30 weeks Symptoms: I've been really tired this past week. I'm hoping it's just because I've been busy and not going to be like this my entire third trimester It also could be because I've been getting up to pee at least 5 times a night. Rants: lolacachia, quinstar, Same here, I spend so much time just trying to clean dog hair off of the floors and furniture and make sure our house doesn't smell like animals. I'm thinking of asking for a robot vacuum for my birthday so I can at least keep up with the floors. Raves: My sister is having her baby this week and I'm so excited. DD is going to love meeting a new baby.

My GTT came back normal! I’m relieved, I was sure due to family history it was something I’d have to deal with.

Anatomy scan was good and baby is measuring a week ahead of schedule so I won't feel bad that I stuck with the June group instead of migrating over to July.
The doctor did say the placenta is a bit low but is hoping it will migrate upward as baby/uterus grows. Go back to the MFM next month for another ultrasound. They couldn't get all the pics they wanted this time because baby was uncooperative.

Yay for a good anatomy scan, bearfootzcontinued! Mine was also measuring about a week ahead. My doctor said st this point, that’s the difference of just an ounce or so, and they’d recheck size when we got closer to due date.

Week/EDD: 21+3/July 1st / RCS June 24th or 25th
Baby is the size of: Large Brioche à tête
FTM, Etc: STM
Team: Pink:)
Appointments: Had one today to go over last week's AS. Everything looks great and baby is measuring a few days ahead (but since I'm delivering in June anyways it doesn't really matter:) Have my GTT on the 11th.
Milestones: The AS went so well! They didn't need to redo and images and there are no issues. I have an anterior placenta again but I'm FINALLY starting to feel daily movement. Normally a bit in the morning and a bit at night (though she is kicking like crazy right now!)
Symptoms: Still super nauseous and still throwing up a few times a week. I did have crazy vertigo at the beginning if the week that landed me in L&D but everything turned out well.
Rants: Just sick of feeling sick:/
Raves: DD is FINALLY starting to come around to the idea of a baby. Though she is still adamant that I am not allowed to grow one in my belly but that we can bring home a lost baby from te hospital if there is one.
