My dog ate my last 3 Tagalongs today. I think I’m going to list him for sale on Amazon.
(Jk I love my dog slightly more than Tagalongs, but I’m not over this betrayal yet)

Guessing it was the 4 year old pup, who has since vomited three times tonight.

As soon as I think I’ve eliminated one of his trouble making spots, he finds something new to get into. I would crate him, but then he wouldn’t be able to sleep on his mound of pillows in between destroying my house.

All the sympathies for puking dogs. My dog that died over a year ago had the most sensitive stomach and would puke when're he ate anything he wasn't suppose to. Investing in a good steam vacuum was well worth the price.

Are we sharing dog stories? We had to put my dog down last February but he was very good at destruction - mainly the blinds in our living room. Also one time he got up on the counter and ate an entire pork loin that we were going to put into the oven. Impressively, he did not get sick!

Well now I feel silly for those few weeks of gender disappointment I had. He’s stinking adorable. The cute sleepers waiting in this boys nursery help too lol.

tapdancer, jacks, Yeah, confirmed it was the 4 year old pup. Who just earned the right to be uncrated while I'm at school back in Septemberish? He's also the dog who has had 4 seizures since Christmas, and has to take a daily antiacid pill to prevent his nightly 2 am bile vomit. I swear, both the almost 6 year old dog and the almost 2 year old human are easier than puppy Max.

I know how much work that is.

Has anyone used the mamaroo? Or have recommendations for a swing you love?

Has anyone used the mamaroo? Or have recommendations for a swing you love? I had one for DD1. She didn’t like it and I ended up selling it a couple months later. We didn’t have a swing the last time, but I got the Fisher Price Snugapuppy one this time. I didn’t do a ton of research though. I’m planning to use it as a baby holder in our play room.

Has anyone used the mamaroo? Or have recommendations for a swing you love? I did not but had a lot of friends that did. Most said it was the most expensive laundry holder they owned 😂 I had a cheapo hand me down swing I wouldn't recommend but I don't remember what brand it was. But it ran on batteries and my recommendation would be to get one that plugs in! So. Many. Batteries. Lol

We didn't have a mamaroo, but we have this swing: www.gracobaby.com/en-US/Swings/duetsoothe-swing-rocker-103662It was the only place DD would nap as a newborn (except for being held), and it was often the only way she would go back to sleep in the early morning hours (she would wake up to eat around 4:30-5 most mornings until she started STTN.)

Has anyone used the mamaroo? Or have recommendations for a swing you love? I was encouraged to NOT get a mamaroo - everyone I talked to said it was super expensive and none of their babies liked it. I ended up with the FP Snugapuppy bouncer and a plug in RNP. Hopefully he likes one of ‘em 🤷🏼♀️ I have been seeing a bunch on my local BST FB page though, so if he hates everything, I’ll try to find one there.

One of the babies (think the same one as last week) wouldn't cooperate again this week at the NST. Off to L&D triage once H gets home for a Bio-physical Profile ultrasound. My future weekly NSTs have all been canceled and they will do weekly in office bio-physicals instead.

lemondrop, my dd loved the FP Snugapuppy swing but hated the RNP. We didn't have the plug in RNP last time though.

It’s funny, when I was debating what to get, everyone suggested to get one of each (bouncer, swing, rnp) because inevitably he’s going to love one and hate the other 2. I’ve got the snugapuppy swing on my registry so if I don’t get it and he doesn’t like what we have, I’ll get the discount on that at least 😂

We have a bouncy seat and a rnp. Someone at preschool yesterday offered me a swing so I said yes. I figured I would wait until it was born and put out an SOS if I thought we needed it. I didnt use a swing for DS2 because DS1 was at the eye poking stage. The rnp I could at least bring room to room with me to keep brothers fingers off of him.

We also have the RNP and it was a life saver with DD1. I remember the pediatrician telling me to start weaning her off the rocking at like 2 weeks and I just smiled and said “mmhmm”. I’m sorry, but I need sleep!
I did switch her to the PNP at 6 weeks and she’s been sleeping like a champ ever since. (I think. I have a cloudy memory that makes everything seem like it was all rainbows and butterflies.)
