There's no way Khloe would ever be on the Bachelorette. I'm guessing the "in talks to be" was brought up by the Bachelor producers to drum up some easy buzz.
If the Kardashians ever do any kind of dating show it would most likely be on E! and a stand alone show, not part of another franchise.

What is the backstory on the snake? Based on old vs new faces those pics were not taken at the same time. Did they do multiple photo shoots with a snake?

MH and I just watched A Star is Born, so I’m up on one piece of 2019 pop culture, anyway.
My gosh, that’s a sad movie. I though Gaga was pretty great, though. Bradley was also impressive. I haven’t seen any other Oscar best actor/actress contenders to compare. If I had performed like that and didn’t win, I’d probably be like, what’s a bitch gotta do to win an Oscar around here.
But when she had the orangey red hair, she’s had too many fillers and there was a Lohan thing happening. My only complaint.

I’m pretty sure people have explained Vanderbilt a couple times before, and I just haven’t retained it. It’s like I have mental block. I think it’s like a Housewives thing, but with teenagers? Don’t bother, I’m a lost cause. There’s only room for Kardashians in my reality brain, apparently. To be fair, there are lots of Kardashians, and I know them all (and all their past and present faces).

My niece is really into panic at the disco, and at Christmas when I got her the newest cd I learned the poppy song on the radio (high hopes) was by them. I thought it sounded like the random band from a long time ago with Pete in it. This thread helped me remember it was fall out boy. That’s all I really have to add to this tangent discussion.... Don't get me started on High Hopes and all of these fresh faced P at the D fans. |

I was just coming in here to say that. What he did was unequivocally wrong and stupid and etc., but I have such sympathy for his level of desperation. Level of desperation?? He was a WORKING actor. Faking a hate crime should have the same criminal consequences of a hate crime. You made it 100% harder for the real victims of hate crimes to report. So you want to punish this shit the same as someone dragging a black man from a pick up to his death? A synagogue shooting?
Hell no it should not have the same criminal consequence at all.
While I think this was some dumb shit on his part all the way around. I don't feel he needs a strict punishment here. No MAGA people were harmed in this lie. Black men have lost lives based on lies a lot.

Personally - I think Jussie Smollett's best bet now is to plead guilty, serve time, and repay the city financially. I hope to god they deny bond, I really do. I have no sympathy whatsoever for a grown person who allegedly chose this path which has harmed so many in so many ways. Has everyone seen CPD Superintendent Eddie Johnson's comments this morning? He's furious, and rightfully so. Deny bond?
He wasted people's time and resources here but he is not a threat to society where he can't be out on bond.
I feel I am in an alternate universe here? What the actual fuck?!

? which she was having correct? Yes, but she was definitely omg about my opinion. Like, have your own opinion, fine but don’t rag on someone else’s take. It’s ok for us not to agree 100% on everything. I’m also annoyed because of last night’s conversation re Jordyn and Kylie. I don’t necessarily agree with icedcoffee but everyone trying to convince her of their own stances after she admitted a difference of opinion was annoying. OMG it wasn't even that. She first said some shit about why should Kylie lose her friend over this and then how it should be Kylie's decision when no one said they were deciding for Kylie or that someone else was deciding for Kylie.
It was just that the consequence to her actions seemed clear to 98% of the thread participants.

I was thinking flight risk - but I see they did grab his passport. I see he's now telling the cops he has an untreated drug problem, although he said he had no mental health or drug issues at his arrest. A lot of people here said that he would claim mental health issues or ask to be checked into rehab once things went out of control in order to minimize criminal penalties. Maybe he's really mentally ill - certainly if things pan out the way the evidence is pointing, he's not the best criminal strategist ever. Is he a physical threat to society? Maybe not. But if this alleged 'hoax' is true, he caused a lot of damage to society. And, I admit, I'm angry at him - and figure he's going to skate on this. In the heat of anger, I wanted to see him held accountable and not just treat this as a PR issue. But good point, and why I'm probably not a judge. How do you feel on R Kelly's bonding out if that happens today? |
