Week/EDD: 20w4d, due 6/6
Baby is the size of: a banana
FTM, Etc: FTM
Team: blue 💙
Appointments: anatomy scan this morning
Milestones: halfway, and had a great anatomy scan!
Symptoms: tired, heartburn, super emotional, back pain
Rants: I’m really hating the emotional roller coaster. When I had my breakdown on Saturday, at one point H said “do you think maybe you’re overreacting because of hormones?” And I was like “no shit! I am aware that I’m crying about food, and that’s over the top! But that doesn’t make the feeling less real in the moment!”
Raves: it was so cool seeing everything at the anatomy scan this morning! All the tiny bones, and seeing his heart and brain. Everything looks fantastic!

Week:Edd : 24w4d. Edd may 9
Baby is the size of: an eggplant
STM
Appointments:MFM this morning
Milestones: viability!!
Symptoms: nothing too bad at the moment
Rants: DD came down with a cold this weekend and I'm just hoping I don't get it.
Also, I usually schedule a lot of my yearly appointments around this time of year since I don't have a lot going on but now I feel overwhelmed with how many I have over the next few weeks. Dentists, multiple vet appointments for our dogs, a trip to the DMV to renew my license, and a few other ones. Ugh.
Raves: my MFM appointment went great, my placenta previa has moved and the doctor didn't see any indications I have placenta accreta. I feel so relieved and am hoping for an uneventful rest of my pregnancy!

Unfortunately I don't think it really gets any better, or for me if didn't. Because I was still super emotional while breastfeeding. Then we went through infertility treatments again, then I got pregnant again, and I think this is my new norm now. My H and I just choose to go with it because at this point what else can I do 😂

courtniko, I’m sorry you failed your 1 hr- I hope your 3 hr checks out okay. I failed my 1hr and passed my 3 hr with my first. I think it’s fairly common.

Week/EDD: 18w4d/ June 20
Baby is the size of: sweet potato
FTM, Etc: stm
Team: find out next week
Appointments: My Anatomy scan is next Tuesday
Milestones:
Symptoms: Emotional and some heartburn. I’m still having some nausea randomly
Rants: My body is not dealing with pregnancy as well this time around and I just really feel awful in some way or another most of the time. I am not 100% sure it’s really pregnancy though because I’ve either had a cold or stomach bug (alternating) for what feels like forever. We also still don’t have an answer from our landlord as to whether he is selling.
Raves: I think my cold is finally going away. I have energy again!

Raves: Its very, very common to fail the 1 hour and pass the 3 hour. With that said, I had GD with my 2nd (not my 1st) and it's actually super manageable, I only made small tweaks and still ate well! I have actually requested to just do the 3 hour with my doc, due to the amount of 1 hour false positives! If you have any questions, let me know, I'm more than happy to talk about it!

Week/EDD: 22w 2d
Baby is the size of:
FTM, Etc: STM, DS1 is 22 months Team: Blue
Appointments: Thursday for part 2 of our MFM ultrasound.
Milestones: I feel very big already.
Symptoms: Eating. Eating everything. And IDK if this kid is parked right up front or if my abs are tearing apart because there's this pressure just to the right of my belly button that feels like a foot pushing out, or a muscle isn't there anymore. I think I had a few sharp pains there a few days ago, and today it's just... like an empty spot.
Rants: I gained 4 lbs over the last two weeks. Oops. And now, I'm afraid DS has a cold, he got up from his nap and was really clingy, and he's never been a clingy kid, even when he's sick.
Raves: I'm really excited for our trip this weekend, but with DS acting off... I'm a little worried we won't get to go.

Week/EDD: 16/17, 7/4/19 Baby is the size of: Dill pickle FTM, Etc: 3TM (9 yo twins) Team: Green Appointments: OB check this past Friday Milestones: Symptoms: Tired, stuffy nose - still sensitive to scents but not as nauseous. Rants: Baby gave us a scare at our Friday appt. and doc couldn't find the h/b with the Doppler so had to do an u/s. Said baby is positioned lower than she expected, but everything looks fine, whew! Raves: Feeling more movement lately. Did a Target run Sunday and DD asked if we could look at baby stuff. We didn't buy anything, but it was kind of surreal to think that it feels like just yesterday that DD was a baby and now she's 9 and excited to help pick out stuff for her brother or sister. I didn't really picture that big of an age gap but I think it will be a good thing. Read more: howeverithappened.proboards.com/thread/23604/weekly-check-1-21#ixzz5dLpUkLdu

lolacachia, my little boy also is adamant that baby is a boy. He also thinks we will be naming him after him. 😂 That's cute!!! It's kind of freaky if it turns out it's a boy. Wth my last pregnancy (m/c) he was adamant it was a girl. On his own he said this one is a boy. So it's not like he only wants a brother lol
