Icy over here and currently raining. Kids are busy playing so I’m reading about The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel bc I binged half of the first season last night.

Morning. So j finally stayed in his bed all night with his new flannel duvet cover. I think the poor kid has been cold! MOTY. I of course woke up when he went to the bathroom at 4 and then was so shocked he didn't come to our room, I had trouble falling back to sleep.
Showering up and heading to my mom's to fetch the car seat bag, haircuts, and swinging by my dad's. May try to get j some new sneakers at Nordstrom rack. I still prefer running errands in that town than my own.. everything is closer together. Then back home for the artic blast and office houra for my class this afternoon.

Went out to check on my bunnies. I should of worn gloves. it's only 8 degrees. We got snow then ice. The whole yard it like an ice rink. I'm hoping to not go outside again the rest of the day!

Morning.
I just had the best sleep I’ve had in 9 days, so it’s clear that Julia is feeling better, thank goodness. Everyone else is still asleep, I’m cuddling with Pete and I’m up waiting for the coffee to finish to have a cup.
The weather man said we were coming out of the deep freeze we were in so hopefully we can all get outside, probably tobogganing later.

Morning!
Rainy and cold here, so we’ll be inside for the next couple days. DH is currently making sausage biscuits for us (kids’ 2nd breakfast).
I feel like there are things I want to/should be doing with this time—more purging, sorting old paperwork, etc.—so I need to get motivated.

Fun!! When are y’all planning to be there? We’re staying in Lincolnville between the 10-14th of August . Nice! My parents’ house is 10-15 minutes from Lincolnville Beach, very cute area! We usually try to go up in August, hopefully we’ll overlap 🤞🏻 |

I was planning on waiting till the summer to watch it, but I’m so glad I started it now. I love the whole vibe of it. The costumes are incredible, the music, and I think midge is just so spunky and fun. |

jewels hope you can get your flight today, it doesn’t seem too bad out. Thanks!! We left super early bc we were stressed about it, and the possibke delays bc of tsa got through security in record time and were at the gate by 10:15 for our 12:15 flight. Right now it’s only delayed 15 minutes so I’m hopeful!! Too bad it’s 60 degrees in Florida now  |

The concert last night was really good. While we were waiting for it to start my mom asked me for help with her phone. Something about clearing stuff off it. I finally realized I thought she meant internet tabs. She said, "I don't go on the internet." I showed her that every time she asks "Ok Google, how old is Dog the Bounty Hunter?" she's using the internet. She had 57 tabs open. 🤣

We're iced in over here and it's still raining. It's supposed to get down to 3 overnight so tomorrow is going to be a disaster. Colin and I have the day off and DH was planning to go skating and out to lunch with us, but we'll see. I feel guilty sending Chase to daycare if we're doing something special together but he's not coordinated enough to get on the ice. If the roads are terrible, we'll just all stay put I guess.

We got a text at 11:30 that they wanted DD to compete at 12. Google maps says it’s currently 49 minutes to get there and we were still in pjs so nope. DD is now hoping we get stranded there with her teammates. |

I was sooo hungover yesterday I could not live. I owe my oldest $2 for holding down the fort all day while I was in bed. I didn’t eat enough while we were out. 😩
So yeah. Laying low today. May get Firehouse subs!
