I order a pallet of ingredients from a large natural food distributor roughly once a month but there was a lag between deliveries this time because of the bakery move. So yesterday was the first time that I put in an order in the new location. I found out that, even though I sent in the paperwork a month ago, they had no record of that and didn't have the new location in the system. I wasn't mean about it, but I was very, "WTF, this is your fault and you need to fix it so that I can get my ingredients." After getting them to scramble and put my order on the truck, I realized that I had misspelled their new account set up email address in that email that I sent out last month. So actually it wasn't their fault. It was my fault. Oops.

Also, I recently discovered that some kid's fruit snacks are actually made with fruit juice and not sugar, so I've been gorging on them. M doesn't know.

They are one of my favorites. I've been buying pop tarts for the kids for breakfast. I usually buy apple and strawberry (not frosted). C doesn't like apple and will only eat the strawberry ones. Oh darn, I guess I have to eat the apple ones.

Yesterday I mowed for three hours in a sports bra and shorts. It was cause it was hot, but also... to try to help even out my tan lines (with sunscreen but still...) because my farmer tan is like WOAH.

I already confessed in the voting thread that I was the one who suggested the name Kinship. I never expected it to make it into the final running, but I wanted to contribute. I assumed more creative voices would take over.
I also confess that everyone shitting all over how terrible it is and basically laughing at it felt pretty awful.
I'm releasing it.

That would feel terrible to watch people tear your contribution to shreds. At least you put an effort in and contributed something! I did not, but still commented in our CD thread on my distaste of the available options so I apologize if I made you feel bad for your suggestion.

FWIW that was my favorite of the three. I think that putting yourself out there when it didn't initially feel like you're "putting yourself out there" can feel shockingly yucky. I'm sorry.

I have a confession. My husband started donating plasma for extra fun money and now everyone thinks we're broke. I plan to start donating when ds is 6 months. It's almost an extra $500 a month if we both donate.

Woah, did not know donating plasma netted an income. Would do. I donated platelets for about a year in college.

Confession part 1: My parents have carpet in their bathrooms (insert vomit gif)
Confession part 2: I fumbled my cup during a tricky removal earlier this week
You do the math.

I didn't feed my kids dinner tonight.
We had a late breakfast and then a late lunch, followed by eating dessert at 4:00 and then popcorn and popcicles at 5. I asked them if they were hungry and they said no, so I got them ready for bed while DH ran to town for Jimmy Johns because he was hungry.

I literally cannot understand my mom's difficulties with technology. She has an iPhone. Has had iPhones for several years now. I asked her to plug in the iPad and she was absolutely stymied. It is exactly the same as your phone. Just bigger. You can do this! I know you can!

charlotte Don't let that stop you from trying a cup!! That situation isn't common. The cup is the best! I have less cramps and a shorter duration now. Best investment ever.

Yesterday DS and I went to the birthday party of my friends son solely for the fact that it was free dinner for us. Really though, she would do the same thing. She has 8 kids and is all about the free meal.

On the way to said party, we stopped at the pharmacy to pick up probiotics because DS has an eye infection that he is on antibiotics for. It was the second time we were there yesterday, and hey, its not my fault that the cute pharmacist noticed that and we chatted for a minute. We only talked about DS's eye, but DH knows I think the guy is cute, so he was kind of pissed. Dude, he honestly is the best pharmacist I have dealt with. Answers all my questions and makes sure to ask if I have questions, unlike his coworkers.

I abuse peens.
I also enjoy interacting with the cute pharmacist near me. But DH doesn't know I like the pharmacist, and he never will.
I bought more diapers and didn't tell DH. He won't know the difference. I feel mildly guilty about not telling him.

He won't know the difference. I feel mildly guilty about not telling him. It's hard for me not to tease DH about said cute pharmacist. Also a confession I guess, I enjoy (my probably dorky version of) flirting. I have been with DH for 11 years, and the first half of those there weren't any guys with any interest in me. I enjoy being checked out and getting male attention. DH gets all the young ladies checking him out at his work and I really don't care if he flirts a tidbit. Sometimes that attention feels good.
