What is your daily routine like? Where and how do you incorporate fitness and what workouts are you doing?

Routine, that's funny.
I prefer morning workouts, or at the very least to get runs done in the morning.
My workout routine is very season dependent. I'm a teacher and off all summer, so I'll hit up a mommy and me workout bootcamp class 2-3x a week in the mornings. Runs will either be early morning on the off days of boot camp or midday when E is napping. During the school year I typically only workout after school because I leave way too early in the morning and I can workout before picking her up from my mom.
If I'm doing triathlons, my workout schedule varies a lot. Combination of morning runs, after work swims and spins/bikes or bricks, and weekend workouts where ever they fit in. A lot of my workouts are early morning on the weekends too, or I have to schedule them with H/my parents in mind. Now with a kiddo in the mix swimming will likely be only 1-2x a week and likely only on weekends or days when I can have multiple options for child care, H or my folks, so I can not always saddle the same person with her. I'm not doing any tri's this year though, because pregnant, so that makes things a lot easier. We'll see how next year goes when I hope to get in a half iron. I may need to bite the bullet and pay for pool access at a gym with childcare. I used to be privvy to gyms for free thanks to benefits of my H's career path, but those did not include child care. I can still use his facilities for free now even though he's switched universities that he works for, but his new school is like a freaking fortress and I have no idea how or where to park to get to the fitness centers and pools that doesn't include a mile plus walk both ways. But I may make a point of figuring that out once I'm ready to start training after number two shows up. Then I can go after school (we only work a few miles apart) before picking kiddos up.

My "routine" is that I work out every day during my lunch hour. I do two days for upper body, one lower, and two cardio. Every day also has a core/ab element.
I try to run and prep for my first 5K, but that's harder to do at nights with a 5yo to take care of.

I walk every day at lunch.
I am currently starting to implement the miracle morning. (it's a book I just read). It involves a few affirmations, some meditation, some journaling, and exercise. I do fit girls guide and the strength workouts fit well into that because they take about 30 minutes or less.

I run 6 mornings a week. Basically I wake up, help DH get the kids out of the house, then go for a short run with the dog. On weekends I do long runs with my friends. I like having it out of the way for the day. But before I worked from home I either ran on my lunch, or right after work before picking up the kids.
At night, after the kids have gone to bed, I do 30 minutes of strength training via video in my living room.

I workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a group of coworkers for an hour. We do olympic style weight lifting.
I run Wednesday mornings before work for 3-5 miles.
I do a long run on Sunday mornings.
I'm currently training for a half marathon in September. My run trainer app dictates how long I run.

Lol
I workout after I get the baby and toddler asleep for the night. It sucks but it's really my only solution.

I work out 5-6 times per week. I run every other day on the treadmill, and I also usually incorporate some form of strength training or core work into every workout. I work out after my H gets home from work, so usually around 5:30pm.
