Oh and my hot water bottle broke 😖. No! I hope your back feels better soon. Maybe a sock filled with rice or dry beans. Take it easy for the rest of the day!

After 18 hours of bitching about it, I think I've sold the bed. A woman is on her way now, we agreed on the price, and she doesn't require delivery service, my mattress, or bedspread.

Oooh good point about drop-off. Thanks for the rec trtlcrzy, I'll look at the Britax! For the record, H can buckle and unbuckle her 5pt harness now so I, personally, wouldn’t worry about K drop off with that. S still has trouble with it. He can unbuckle but it takes him a while to get the bottom one, and sometimes he just can’t.

In the last week Tim has started allowing Layla to use the seat belt instead of the 5 point in her high back booster in his car. I'm not ready for that. I did buy this thing called buckle bee which allows her to unbuckle the car seat herself. This makes car line drop off so much easier! www.amazon.com/dp/B017PU3OHI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ny5oCbXG0TDFQ

I normally reach around and unclip him before getting out to get N, but my twisting days will be numbered in a few months.

Cadence made her first puppet show today. Mh helped her make play doh birds and put them on strings. It was cute. She even decorated a cat food box to use as the stage.
Now we're just hanging out while I fend off a caffeine headache.

Before I was leaning back and unbuckling too. She can buckle herself and can undo the top buckles, but the low one was too hard. This is a game changer!

Of course the day I give myself ample time to get to the airport, I get the unicorn 90 minute drive. Security in this terminal is always bad but it was downright painful. Still have lots of time to kill...

That’s cute klong11! This week was nursery rhyme week at school so B came home with puppets on popsicle sticks one day to tell ‘Mary had a little lamb’. I’ll have to show him the pics of C doing hers, he’d get a kick out of that!

We have the high back booster in Hs car. She isnt in it as often. I don't generally slam on the brakes or take corners so fast, the seat flies when she isnt in it. They're heaving enough, they dont slide when there is nothing in them.
Our fucking heater quit working today. Called a local company who sent someone out this afternoon. The cost to repair it is $1200, replace is $2400. We are going to replace it and upgrade to something way more efficient, so not the $2400, but I dont see dumping that kind of money into a fix on a 16 year old unit. Fml.

What is with furnaces on this board lately!? mwhip, ours went out last week. Thankfully MH is super handy and fixed it for like $200..clearly ours was a minor issue.

Ugh mwhip that’s the worst, ours is almost 18 years old and waiting for it to die anytime. Adulting is expensive, blah.

This did make my H think more about moving in the spring and he said it wont be happening, which makes me happy and I can start planning for evies school in the fall.

I've never flown pregnant and have only flown once post kid when C was 11.5mo old. MH was there, so stiff drinks for me! I need a slight buzz to get myself on a plane.

Ugh mwhip, the worst. At least going forward you'll know it's in good shape and will hopefully be under warranty for a long time.

DH is mad. For some reason fox isn’t working on our tv, directv says it’s not their fault, so he’s watching the game on his phone. I’m trying to get the antenna to work for him with little success.

I never get solo flights where I can do this.

UO: I have no interest in drinking while flying. I get so dehydrated flying and know alcohol makes it worse. However pretty sure I will wish I could drink on my cross country flights coming up with the kids.

xolastunicornxo Kohl's isnt my scene either. I feel like you need to be in on the sales and all, and I am not. I am strictly a target shopping with a side of Costco. Twins.

It embarrassing how much I’m at target. Like, they all know me. For kids clothes I am pretty much 100% target and old navy, with an occasional carters/Janie and jack/ children’s place thrown in. Awhile ago, one of the cashiers was trying to push the Red Card and told me, “it would save you a lot since you’re here at least a few times a week...”
