H and I have been using the free version of Cozi app to get all our appts in the same place. I’m happy with it and have been using it for shopping lists and planning in addition to scheduling. Just curious if anyone else has a system they like?

I think RajahMD does digital planning solely now

I've been trying to find something that I like and just came here to make a post to ask! In the past I've used Moleskin weekly planners incorporating some bullet journaling and that has worked well for me but I have not been able to keep up with it recently and I think it's more realistic for me to use my phone. I mostly want it to have a calendar that links to my Google calendar, be able to make a list of tasks for each week/day that I can cross off. I also like being able to jot down a few things that happened like a mini journal. I've been trying out Taskade, which works for the most part except that it doesn't have a calendar view and setting up each week is a bit tedious. I also want it to have a simple and modern look to it and decorating, digitally or on paper, is not something I do. TimePage by Moleskin looks nice, although if I can create individual lists (a la bullet journaling) that would be perfect. I also don't want to pay a monthly fee (although it is not a lot) - I would rather pay once for the app. Ugh, I feel like there must be something out there!

piratecat, we ended up with Cozi because there wasn’t anything we could find that was going to work for us syncing google schedules and apple schedules and outlook schedules. I hope you have good luck and find what you are looking for!

I hope you have good luck and find what you are looking for! I've downloaded and deleted like a dozen apps already. I asked my husband if he could make me one for my birthday and I guess it's like a lot of work to make an app or something. I'll keep looking!

I found Grid Diary, which I think might be pretty decent for what I'm looking for except that it doesn't sync to my calendar. I would also love it if there was a desktop version but I think I will try this out instead of Taskade for a while until I find a better alternative.

I do the digital version of a paper planner. So it's a PDF that I import into apps that let me draw on it as if it were a paper planner. As of yet, there's no app for digital planning that lets you hand write and can sync with calendar apps.

alwayscheese I've never used the meal planning part. We mostly use it for lists and have it hooked up to Alexa. This makes me want to play around with it a little more though.

I’m sorry, I don’t use it for saving or finding recipes—just use the list section for grocery and meal planning.
