I’m starting a post...general life business We have had nothing but sickness here for close to a month. Today dd1 is back at school and everyone seems reasonably healthy. We may survive the month if this proves to be true. Monday was pretty touch and go. I’m overwhelmed as usual, but feel like maybe I can see the light. My goals today are: Laundry...so much laundry Dishes Clean bathrooms Bday prep for my soon to be 7 year old??! MOPs business Clean out under stair storage

I'm attempting to KonMari the crap out of my life. I did laundry for almost a week straight to prepare. I finished with my clothes yesterday. Today I'm going to do S's. M's will be tomorrow. If H would sort his clothes I'd be set to move on to books this weekend. H isn't super on board with me, and it's frustrating me. There's only so much I can do on my own. But as long as I can keep my motivation up, I think I can gat a handle on a lot of it.
M has reached the super fun stage where without a nap she's miserable by supper time, but with a nap bedtime is a nightmare. It doesn't help when S wakes her up super early.

My little guy is starting daycare next week. Cue the tears! My family has been watching him since I went back to work. My news about dd is that we stopped breastfeeding a month or so ago. We had been down to a few nights a week before bed for six months plus. She continued to ask but I felt ready to stop. She asked for a while but moved on easily. It was a good way to end a good thing . We have somehow stayed healthy so far this year. No clue how but I’m sure we won’t make it all winter. lollipop dd has pretty much dropped a nap as well (except she’s a great napped at school... ). We have those nights where she is quite a handful from being tired but is ok some nights. I also want to organize my stuff. I’m only on the thinking about it phase though! Lol. Hope everyone is well!

HIIIIIII!
I have missed you guys! I got a new phone, then needed to log in, but forgot my password........ that combined with trying to cut down the time I spend looking at my phone, holidays, and sicknesses left and right made me disappear for a bit. Anyway - HELLO!
Same old stuff here. My H was out of town for work for a few weeks, and has been off work ever since, so still living the unpredictable, crazy schedule life. I have started getting outside and walking or running stairs pretty much every day since he’s been back so that’s been great. Feels so nice to finally take some time do something for myself!
Christmas was fun, dd1 was obsessed with it, and was absolutely tortured waiting for it to arrive. Dd2 still calls Santa “Hoho” like she did last year and I never want her to stop!
I can’t believe our babies are turning 3. So bonkers. For her birthday dd2 wants to do bouncy castles with just her sister and have blueberry coffee cake.

So nice when it’s simple sometimes I think we make it something it doesn’t need to be. I’ve just spent a day preparing for a relatively easy bday party for dd1 - who just turned 7!!!
