BBM day 2 plus abs Question for others: the BBM person says do abs 3 times a week. Is there a harm in doing it daily? I need the most strength help in my core so I would like to but didn’t know if there was a reason for only three days. I don't BBM, but I'm sure you'd be fine. Most fitness people say to rest muscles a day in between work outs, just so they can recover and heal properly. I don't follow that rule, I work what I feel like working...if I'm sore, I stay away from exercises that work those muscles until they feel ready again.

wedding You can do ab work everyday since it’s not like other muscle groups where you want them to get bigger.

I’m on week 5 of liift4. I’m really liking it and am constantly upping my weights. Still haven’t lost a pound (which obviously isn’t a concern anymore) but i know I’m stronger.
I’ve still been eating pretty healthy since New Years and haven’t had any cravings or aversions yet, so hoping to keep a healthy diet going and not gain quite as much as I gained with my first 2.

I've lost 11 pounds in less than a week with my flu diet. I normally exercise even when I'm sick but I've felt too much like death to do so. I need to start slow back into it because I feel like a weakling.

I took Tuesday through Thursday off for my head cold so I have some making up to do. I did days 9 & 10 of BBM today and will do 11 & 12 tomorrow. I stupidly weighed myself Wednesday after eating out all weekend and I was up 2#, which is 4# since November. It's really messing with me but I also know a lot is bloat. Instead of weighing and measuring on Day 15 I am going to wait another week to try and flush all this out.

I'm scheduling myself for a bunch of swim events through the year. This should keep me motivated. I hurt my knee/ calf a few weeks ago and I haven't been pushing as hard as I'd like. I'm also suffering from boob chafing so that's fun.

I bought a bosu yesterday. I’m hoping to use it before bed with weights and/or resistance bands.
